Continuing to streamline SF and maintain data integrity: Products & Services (which I'm woefully behind on), adding/removing fields, etc. Also, helping to prioritize group members' to-do's (i.e. like we did for Ingrid in JIRA). Third, collaborating on increasing /maintaining client team's usage of SF.

Makes SF a habit - a natural part of the cultivation/sales process across TNTP

In addition to streamline SF, making sure that we have a space to come together and reflect and stepback on how these systems support broader work at TNTP for diff stakeholders

Further identify barriers to SF adoption

Show the org how SF helps us/them. I like the project goal/individual project idea. (i.e., once we establish team objectives, individuals share these with their manager as a way of building development goals aligned with this focus. Could be the exact same goal tailored to the individual's contribution.)

Good Data In/Good Data Out; We're pulling actionable data out of SF.
