         <title>WHAT: What needs do you think this cross-team group could tackle in the year ahead?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As the SalesForce super-users,&nbsp; surface issues and challenges with implementation and solve them;&nbsp;<br><br>explore new ideas and functionality that would increase efficiency and get Client Team engaged with SF;&nbsp;<br><br>help each other use SF effectively<br><br>Continuing to streamline SF and maintain data integrity: Products &amp; Services (which I'm woefully behind on), adding/removing fields, etc. Also, helping to prioritize group members' to-do's (i.e. like we did for Ingrid in JIRA). Third, collaborating on increasing /maintaining client team's usage of SF.<br><br>Makes SF a habit - a natural part of the cultivation/sales process across TNTP<br><br>In addition to streamline SF, making sure that we have a space to come together and reflect and stepback on how these systems support broader work at TNTP for diff stakeholders<br><br>Further identify barriers to SF adoption<br><br>Show the org how SF helps us/them. (so far we've focused a lot on inputs - not how to use SF as a tool if you are a Partner/VP selling work)&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Perhaps some client team reps?<br><br>May want to have guest members who are added for collaboration on aspects of the work: someone from the major service areas, finance, etc.&nbsp;<br><br>A little of everyone. Ingrid and then one or two reps from each team, Biz Dev, Client Team, Legal, Grants/Fundraising?<br><br>Self-selected heavy users of SF + maybe some brave members of client team?<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Make use of wiki or other collaboration space so we don't need to meet as often<br><br>Identify a project goal and contributions for each team member, so we can collaborate when we meet. (note from LG - I also put this idea under other prompts where I think it also fits)<br><br>wiki space or Slack<br><br>Along with meeting every other month, we could have a shared Wiki space or SharePoint space for working documents.</div>]]></description>

         <title>MORE HOW: How are we gong to know if we&#39;re successful as a working group?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>think we could set a goal or two around quality implementation that seems both realistic but will push us to make the most of SF<br><br>Identify a project goal and contributions for each team member, so we can collaborate when we meet. (note from LG - I also put this idea under other prompts where I think it also fits)<br><br>I like the project goal/individual project idea. (i.e., once we establish team objectives, individuals share these with their manager as a way of building development goals aligned with this focus. Could be the exact same goal tailored to the individual's contribution.)<br><br>Good Data In/Good Data Out; We're pulling actionable data out of SF. Perhaps a survey regarding Salesforce and how client team members feel about using SF and the contribution SF does/doesn't make in how they approach their work.</div>]]></description>
