In the eighteenth century, social circumstances in France were slavery unfair and exploitative. The first two estates, the clergy and the nobles were the most privileged sections in French society.     The king refuses national assembly's demands, and the women got mad and marched to Versailles, and they complained to king about their children starving, the King finally accepted decrees of the 3rd Estates because they treat him that if he doesn't sign the document the will kill the queen.
    The Royal family returned to Paris to show support at the National Assembly because they were forced to show support.
    Some changes that were made are the church reform, the French government controlled the churches, new constitution was written.
    But it didn't ended because women was not included in the right of man in 1791 Olympe de Gouges wrote the declaration the right of women.
    Only rich was  elected to Assembly and also only rich men was over 25 was able to vote.

He was unbeatable on the battlefield from. he made peace with the catholic church, he signed a agreement with pope. He restructure the government,  he make it more efficient and uniform through a base state bureaucracy. He appointed and trained group of young and bright apprentice to help centralized the government, he also said that everyone and the right to go to school. He reform taxes, he established the banks for France to facilitate state finances, he ordered the land survey and established a new and fair direct tax system and he also established single uniformed legal code through France which protected property right.

  • Saving Rate, from 1960 to 1990, the personal saving rate in the U.S was 8 to 10%. As family incomes have stagnated, this rate has collapsed and in 2006 for the first time since the Great Depression, when people used to spend their last money for food , the personal saving rate was negative.
