Teaching and sharing the importance of empathy for our students, faculty, and the children they will be teaching. I think we all came out of Covid with a sense of “grace” and flexibility—- not rushing the process of learning. Our country is so divisive at the moment that anything we can do to promote empathy would be a giant step for our students and future art educators.

Finding ways that students ant RMCAD are emotionally supported while accessing their education and diving into of self awareness to better teach and support.
