Thanks for your recent letter. Sorry for my last response. I absolutely had no free time because of preparing for exams.

In your letter you asked me about any problems with digital items. So, I recent bought digital camera in one enough famous electrical shop. I wanted to take cute pictures from events of my life. But right in a month the viewfinder was cracked. I decided to take it back to there, but I was told that everything would be repaired. I use it for a year and then it stopped working again. Unfortunately, guarantee certificate had already expired.

I've hear you find some programming courses in your town. Have you decided to go there or not? What does the training program include? When will the beginning of it be available for newcomers?

Hi Alex, I'm sorry that I didn't write earlier, the fact is that I will soon have the protection of the project, and my old laptop broke down and I bought a new one. So what's the problem? The fact is that after 2 days, it stopped working for me, began to emit a squeak and display a blue screen. I tried to return it, but it was refused. I tried to fix it myself, but I didn't find any changes. I had to give the service to be repaired for half the cost of the computer itself, I hope everything will be fine and I will soon be able to finish the project.

I bought my phone in the DNS service. It had 64 gigabytes and a good camera. I couldn't have asked for more. But when I got home and tried to charge my phone it didn't charge. I was so upset, but the next day I came to the store to find out what the problem was. It was in the usb connector, it was loose, so I was offered a new phone, no worse than the old one. All in all, I am very happy with my buy.  And what about you? I heard you bought a video camera. Do you make movies on it? What are its disadvantages and advantages?

It was great to hear from you again.Thanks for your recent letter.In your letter you asked me to tell you my attitude about my problem with electronic equipment.Some years ago,on Christmas I got a gift from Santa Claus.That was a modern smartphone.In the same year,in summer we went to the sea.I was excited.You can't imagine how spectacular the scenery was!So I started taking pictures of everything.Unfortunely, on a sudden my camera fell into the sea.Thereafter turned out that in my hotel lives a repairman.So I went to him and tell what happened.Eventually, he repaired my camera and from that moment I tried to be more careful.
What electronic equipment do you have? Where you bought it?Did you have any priblems with it,if yes,what you did?

I immediately began to customize it and download various programs for working with photos, presentations, videos, and so on. And probably because of such a heavy load, the laptop began to freeze and buzz loudly, and at the end of the day it stopped working altogether. My parents scolded me and we took the laptop for repair. The salon worker said that there was nothing serious and he would fix the laptop in 3 days. I'm still waiting for when we can call on Skype.

By the way, I heard that you bought a new iPhone, tell me about it. What are the pros and cons? Have any problems installing applications? What was your first gadget?

About a month of purchas, the left headphone is not working. I was sad about it, but I try to adress this problem. I don't have a guarantee certificate, that's why I go to special technician, where people could help me and try to fix this headphone. Luckily, they succeeded! Now when I take an electronic equipment I choose carefully.
Did you have problems with your electronic equipment? What was your last purchase at the hardware store? Was it successful?

Forgive me for not writing for so long, but the other day I bought myself bluetooth headphones in an electronic store.  I looked at their reviews and I liked them.  I went to the store and bought them myself.  I came home, connected them to the phone, turned on the music and everything was fine.  I started adding sound and the signal began to disappear from the headphones.  I did not understand the problem and handed them over under warranty to the store.

Thank you for your last letter, I was glad to hear about your news. I'm sorry that I didn't write for a long time, I was busy all week, I had problems with the recently purchased equipment. I spent quite a long time choosing which model of camera to buy for me, found the most suitable one and even bought it. however, it broke. it began to show ripples on the screen. The store said that this is a marriage from the manufacturer and the repair will take only a couple of days, but when I came to the agreed day, I was told to come back later, and then more later and more, as a result, the repair lasted a week and I was on pins and needles all this time.     Hi Alexander,
    Sorry for not emailing you in so long, but I've been very busy.
    I recently bought a new quadcopter! He looked incredible. But when I decided to test it in flight, it refused to turn on, even though it was fully charged. My parents advised me to take it back to the store and ask what the problem was. The store administration apologized and replaced my broken quadcopter to the new one. I was finally satisfied!

In your email, you asked me about any issues with digital items. So, I bought a new phone 3 days ago and I'm very happy. But this joy did not last long, because when I returned home, I found that the phone screen was not working. I was very upset and took it to the store for diagnostics, the results came yesterday. The shop confirmed the factory defect and changed the phone to a new one. I am very satisfied and very satisfied!
