Language is the human ability to acquire and use complex systems of communication, and a language is any specific example of such a system. The scientific study of language is called linguistics. Nowadays, the fresh graduates from IPTA or IPTS are lack of skill in communication in other language except from bahasa malaysia. Some of them are unable to understand and communicate in foreign language. In general, the situation at the language carnival are: Situation 1-fascinating atmosphere of the carnival, Situation 2- exciting and warm opening ceremony, Situation 3- exciting ang fascinating performances at the carnival.

First and foremost, the atmosphere of the carnival are fascinating. For example, there are lot of booth have been set up at the carnival.Furthermore, each of the language club have set up their own booth. Next, each of the booth have been decorated with beautiful decoration and language info.Besides, the booth attendant who keep the booth and merit counters are nice and friendly. For an ilustration, they wear colourful and nice attire. Next, theyalso serve the visitor that came to their booth with smile, talk nicely and also hold games for the visitor. Furthermore, the sitting arrangement are nice and the programme run smoothly. For instance, the guest and visitor can sit comfortablely at the sitting area provided by the organizer. Thus, the programme run smoothly according to the programme planner. Because of this, it will be the reason for fascinating atmosphere at the carnival.

Next, the exciting and warm opening ceremony of language carnival 2014. For instance, the MC of the opening ceremony are beautiful and enthusiastic. On the other hand, they wear beautiful baju kurung with a coat and colourfull skarf. In addition, they hosted the ceremony with fluences speech and smile. Apart from that, the ceremony have been officiated by Deputy Dean of Centre For Modern Languages and Human Sciences. Next, she gives a very fluent and meaningfull speech at the ceremony. Then, she also wear a beautiful and colourful baju kurung. Hence, there are also exciting presentation of certificates and sourvenirs to cluster school. In addition, the certificates and sourvenirs are given by the Deputy Dean of Centre For Modern Language and Human Science. Then, it have been accepted by the accompanyed teacher of each cluster school that came to the carnival. In short, the opening ceremony of this carnival are excitng and warm situation.

Last but not least, exciting and fascinating perfromances at the carnival. For this reason, the performances by the arabic language club are exciting. In addition, they performed a short play about the arabic people lifestyle. Thus, the performances by SMK Seri Pekan are also fascinating. Moreover, they performed nasyid as they so harmonily together.Then, they wears shirts with black slack trousers. On the other, the performances by mandarin language club are exciting ang harmonily. Then, they wear themed attire of red and black. Next, they performed a choir as they sang a song called peng you by email chau. In conclusion, the performences was fascinating and exciting

In a nutshell, the situation at the language carnival are: Situation 1- fascinating atmosphere of the carnival, Situation 2- exciting and warm opening ceremony, Situation 3-exciting ang fascinating performances at the carnival. The ability to master in certain foreingn language are important as it will help the graduates during job interview. Therefore, the UMP management can make the foreign language as acompulsory subject in university taken by each UMP student.
