Managing pay and benefit 

Pay.
Pay will be challenging when HR need to recruit new staffs that demand high salary based on their level of education. In addition, recruitment of employees who have a personal connection with someone who worked in high level in a company will affect the process. For example, there are two undergraduate want to apply the job. Candidate A has personal connection with BOD of the company while candidate B has no any connection. So candidate A will demand for higher salary and this will be a challenge to the HR to choose. However, HR need to make a decision base on qualifications, not based on personal matter. 

Benefit.
Nowadays, health care cost is increasing. And insurance coverage is one of the benefit that employee will get in a company.
