         <description><![CDATA[<div>HE was able to design and build and develop one of the biggest army in United States history He helped develop the command structure that we still use today.<br><br>He had is commanders held to a high standard and trained to perform task to his standards and if they did not they were removed from the position. This is sort of how we still operate today keeping the combat experience in his ranks so that they can be better prepaid for battle.</div>]]></description>
