         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stephanie will assess reading, writing, and math to help identify where she needs more instruction.<br>Stephanie will assess functional ability -- follow directions, transition, problem solve<br>Stephanie will assess cognitive ability -- IQ test in 1st grade was very low, but that is not indicative of the abilities that JaMiley shows, so a rating scale will be completed first, then determine if cognitive assessment will be done.<br><br>Becky will do speech and communication assessments.<br>Beth will do health assessments -- medical history to give baseline. An interview w/Kristin and mom, Taletta. Hearing &amp; Vision testing next week.<br><br>Motor ability not a concern.<br>Kristin will do Social/Emotional asessment -- Meet with Taletta and Shiree to gather information.  Social Skills rating scale.  Formal adaptive behavior scale.</div>]]></description>
