Get the staff and director to take an IQ Day out on the land. During that day the staff and director can talk about pitching in the idea of starting year 1 and year 2 of Early Childhood Education in the fall.

What I would be interested in is an IQ day where we go fishing in the spring or hunting/berry picking in the early fall. Mental health first aid training (positive behaviour support) help our children regulate themselves and a (few?) sessions on how to help children with special needs. Early years conference inside of Nunavut, leadership workshop.
