From the layout, to the society, to the race make-up, Santa Clarita and Levittown are very much alike. However, Santa Clarita does differ slightly from Levittown in race relations. Many homes around the city are divided by floor plans. Only the completely custom, and thus the most expensive homes, are actually unique on the interior level. Neighborhoods themselves are exactly like those in Levittown. Neighborhoods in specific parts of the city have different styles of street naming. Parts of the city are subdivided into street names of rocks, trees, birds and more. Each neighborhood, like Levittown, has only one or two entrances onto a main road. From Government with the town hall, to Police and Security, Santa Clarita and Levittown both protect its residents and provide them with the best amenities in the city. People share these surfaces that are spread throughout the city. These centers keep the residents happy and healthy. Both in Levittown and Santa Clarita, these social centers raise the overall value of living in the community. Like Levittown, Santa Clarita is still predominantly White.

Unlike Levittown, Santa Clarita allows all races to purchase homes and live in the community. This separates Santa Clarita from Levittown. By accepting other races and diversiving the community, Santa Clarita becomes more inclusive to all people. Santa Clarita provides all of its residents with its community services, and does not discriminate against ethnic minorities like Levittown did. The race demographics are similar, yet the two towns have very different views on race relations. This is one of the only differences between Santa Clarita and Levittown.
