         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Don't start try to do all of the components of the program and then break out of your comfort zone and add pieces<br>- Keep it simple don't try to address everything.&nbsp; Look for "neediest" area.<br>- Sharing the process of thinking, various ways of solving , need to be shared and modeled by students, confusion is O.K<br>- "Why is it right", "Why is it wrong", talk about the different ways to solve, discuss what you already know<br>- Collaborate with fellow grade level teachers, and professional development colleagues on use and&nbsp; implementation of program resources.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Slow down and model when necessary, but also trust that students can rise to the occasion.  Use intervention lessons with the majority of the class.  Establish a routine and method that works for you as a teacher and your students.<br><br>Remember that the first year, you won't finish the entire curriculum.<br><br>Collaborate with the teacher in the next grade level, to make sure that you concentrate on the most necessary topics for the students to be more successful next year.<br><br>Team collaboration.</div>]]></description>
