         <description><![CDATA[<div>I had kids think about their heights before we go to the word problem about roller coasters.&nbsp; Then I showed a brief video about roller coasters to get them excited - and showed some signs.&nbsp; I continually asked them "if they would be able to ride the specific roller coaster"<br>It sparked lots of energy and excitement for the kids.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>WHen teaching equations represented by tape diagrams, I had 9 or 10 equations taped all over the room.&nbsp; They had to get up and use their little bodies to walk around, keeping their attention. &nbsp;<br>there were 2 tape diagrams only.   They had to figure our which equations went with which diagram.</div>]]></description>
