First aid  the act of saving lives, but it also reflects humanity, altruism, and feelings for the needs of other people.
For more than 90 percent of life-saving lives in mass casualties, ordinary people are on the spot. These are the people who wanted and were able to help others and act like real heroes at critical moments. First-aid knowledge should be part of the citizen's health culture.
