Having someone from each generation (volunteer only) do something special at the family reunions.

Stay more active on years we don’t have a family reunion (small family gatherings, or updates from each family etc.)

A contest where prizes could be won (gift cards, games, family reunion swag (like maybe a water bottle or book bag. Something we normally don’t have), no cost for the next family meeting 

Lisa I like the idea of having the family bring out the sorority/fraternity side with each generation.

*Tentative times for events  (we may be able to shave a half an hour off the Fish Friday and Cookout to afford more time for water-based activities).   Seems like you could potentially do the pool, 9-11 on Friday night, and 2:30/3-5:30 on Saturday afternoon. This may already be in the works. I believe Akia has insight into what HQ was thinking. I think you would need to end by 5:30 on Saturday to allow for folks to get ready for the banquet.

SMS Catering for Saturday banquet
Great features: there is a side room that we could use potential for booths/exhibition spots. I think we could sprinkle them throughout, also could use projectors (I can probably get an additional three) for virtual booth/exhibitions. Will plan for Dance party time between 9:15-11. The venue also has miniature golf and table tennis (ping pong), and shuffle board. So there would be lots of other things to do besides dance. Perhaps we need a dance off as part of the fun.
