https://padlet.com/MichaelPaulDAlessio/About The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in accounting from New York's Pace University, Michael Paul D'Alessio began his career as an accountant with Arthur Young in Manhattan but soon after pursued a career in construction and real estate development. Following his lifelong passion for architecture and building, Michael Paul D'Alessio founded the general contracting firm Michael Paul Enterprises (MPE) in 1987 and has since expanded its services to include construction consulting and development projects. Under his leadership, MPE has acquired numerous high-end residential properties as well as raw land throughout New York City for the purpose of developing custom homes, commercial office buildings, and retail shopping centers. Supplementing his extensive experience in the industry, Mr. D'Alessio has built longstanding professional relationships with industry partners including investors, architects, engineers, and community leaders. He also holds a real estate development certificate from New York University.
