         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>1 (8 ounce) box elbow macaroni</p></li><li><p>¼ cup butter</p></li><li><p>¼ cup all-purpose flour</p></li><li><p>½ teaspoon salt</p></li><li><p>ground black pepper to taste</p></li><li><p>2 cups milk</p></li><li><p>2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Directions</p><ol><li><p>Gather the ingredients.</p></li><li><p> Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes.</p></li><li><p>At the same time, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.</p></li><li><p>Add flour, salt, and pepper and stir until smooth, about 5 minutes</p></li><li><p>Pour in milk slowly, while stirring continuously. Continue to cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes, making sure the milk doesn't burn.</p></li><li><p>Add Cheddar cheese and stir until melted, 2 to 4 minutes.</p></li><li><p>Drain macaroni and fold into cheese sauce until coated.</p></li><li><p>Serve hot and enjoy!</p></li></ol><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts</p></li><li><p>1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs</p></li><li><p>½ cup grated Parmesan cheese</p></li><li><p>1 tablespoon dried basil</p></li><li><p>1 teaspoon dried thyme</p></li><li><p>1 teaspoon salt</p></li><li><p>½ cup butter, melted</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Directions:</p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F</p></li><li><p>Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch pieces.</p></li><li><p>Mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, thyme, and salt together well in a medium bowl. Put melted butter in a bowl or dish for dipping.</p></li><li><p>Dip chicken pieces into the melted butter first, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.</p></li><li><p>Place the well-coated chicken nuggets on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer.</p></li><li><p>Bake nuggets in the preheated oven until browned and chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.</p></li><li><p>Serve and enjoy!</p></li></ol>]]></description>
