         <description><![CDATA[<div>Access and equity.  We service diverse groups.  Ensuring opportunities to access learning are the same for ours, and other students.<br><br>To offer excellent education, but not have to charge the earth for it.  Many of our families are struggling. we can offer assistance to our families, but what about the people who never enrol because they perceive they could never afford it.<br><br>Enrolments.  Multifactorial.<br><br>Sight management for some schools.  Competition extends to capital works.  It can be a challenge to keep up and keep the site attractive and functional.  The same applies to keeping up with local competition to extend to ELCs etc.<br><br>We (the schools) should be working more together.  not keeping in silos.  Having a 'whole of system' view.</div>]]></description>
