         <description><![CDATA[<div>Where to find treatment:</div><ul><li>At a psychiatrist or a psychologist</li></ul><div>In order to set up an evaluation, the first step in therapy is to speak with a healthcare professional. If the worry or discomfort is related to experiences of a traumatic incident that actually occurred, or if the anxieties are founded on other thoughts or beliefs, will be determined by a thorough evaluation by a mental health expert. The mental health professional should also determine if the OCD patient has tic disorders currently or in the past.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
