Hello, my name is Dexter Turner! I am a freelance artist who does commission work for fursuits, and 2D artwork!

In my terms of service I will be discussing topics on the following:

1. Age Requirements.

2. Payments.

3. Pricing.

4. Restrictions.

5. Refunds.

I require all customers to please read my full TOS before purchasing any of my products. My TOS allows me to give clear communication to customers, as well as setting boundaries that allows for a more professional engagement!

SFW Artwork:

• I require that all customers who purchase SFW commissions are of 16+ years of age.

This age requirement is made to reduce the amount of younger impulse buyers. Please be aware that I require some form of identification to ensure customers are over the age of 16.

NSFW Artwork:

• I require that all customers who purchase NSFW commissions are of 18+ years of age.

‼️I will not be distributing any NSFW to minors as it is ILLEGAL. All customers must have an identification showing that they are over the age of 18. Refusal to show identification will result in no commission being worked on. Showing a fake identification will result in a permanent blacklist.‼️

In Order of Most Preferred:

• Cashapp

I prefer to use Cashapp as my main form of payment! I require a screenshot of payment once it is completed.

• Paypal

Paypal is not my most preferred, but I do use it in case of customers out of the US. I require a screenshot of payment once it is completed.

Please note that I do not use any other forms of payment if they are not listed here. As well as if commissions are more than 100$ I require money to be sent in increments rather than all at once (mainly for Paypal).

Most of the pricing you see on my price sheet are base prices! Meaning that the base price of the artwork can go higher than the price shown depending on the complexity of the character.

Simple Complexity: +0$

Medium complexity: +10$

Complex: +15-40$

Please note that the determination of whether a character is complex or not is based on my perspective of the character.

NSFW PRICING:

I WILL Draw:

• humans

• Furries

• Feral

• Monsters

• Robots

• NSFW

• Artistic Nudity

I Will NOT Draw:

• NSFW containing minors

• Feral nsfw

• Extreme fetish gore

• Scat (Including pee fetish)

• Romanticized Sexual Assault

• Other Illegal or Immoral artworks

For Adoptables:

• ToyHouse Required

• Please Change Adopt designs MINIMALLY

• Do NOT resell adopts for more than their worth if they do not contain extra artwork

Requesting any illegal artwork or even NSFW of an aged up minor character will result in a block, and blacklist.

Art Queue:

I will always have an art queue of 5 art pieces max. To know if my commissions are closed or open, you will need to go onto one of my pinned posts on my Instagram account @Alduinsvoice !

If you are the 5th customer in my queue, WIPs will be sent 3-4 days after payment. This is because I will be working on the other customers in my queue.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Turnaround time for my artwork varies. Painted art pieces and Refsheets can take a week or two to complete depending on size. If there is a customer who has purchased a painted commissions or refsheet, I will contact other customers warning them of a longer turnaround time if they are behind that customer in the Queue.

REFUNDS:

Most important are refunds. Every customer must get a 85% partial refund if the sketch of their commission is complete. 25% of the refund will be deducted based on the 3 stages of completion on their artwork.

• 85% = Completed Sketch

• 65% = Completed Lineart

• 45% = Completed Colouring

I will not give out refunds once Shading has started. However, you are welcome to a 100% refund if I had not begun your sketch.

If there is an Emergency that requires you to refund halfway through the art process, you will automatically get a 85% refund even if Lineart or Colouring is completed.
