I had to call customer service 8 TIMES (which means i waited on hold for 45 mins 8 TIMES). Every single time I was promised my money back AND NEVER GOT IT BACK until the last time is had to drive to a footlocker that was 30mins away from me and had to wait ANOTHER 45 mins for them to deal with it. The best part is that when they tried to make up for it by giving me a gift card THAT DID NOT WORK!! Anyone who knows me has heard this story LOL.
