I would chose Ursula because she has more power than Captain Hook. Captain Hook is afraid of alligators that tick, on the other hand Ursula doesn't care and isn't afraid of anything. She is always singing and that would be fun if I were her Bff because she would always sing and I could pick a song for her to sing and then, I could hear all of her different voices.

For starters he sails which personally I think is pretty cool,    Ursula tries to steal Ariel’s voice to make herself have a better voice and be over powering to Ariel. I just like Captain Hook with Smee they seem way mor interesting to me. Those are some of my opinions of why I would pick Captain Hook over Ursula.
