We've covered Storyline/SCORM in the past. We have the opportunity to explore delivery of an online, tutor-led class, that explores techniques tutors can use to answer questions, deliver training and users can access resources, upload output to be assessed.

These skills can be used to help transition staff from classroom delivery to online.

Suggestion:

- Audience advised to bring 2 sheets of coloured paper
- We provide access details to LMS prior to show

During show, an online origami class is delivered.
Questions asked/answered.
Users upload pictures of results.

PDF of steps made available. Video of delivery can be made a resource (backing up the training with resources).

Users have something cool they made. Upload results. Comment on others etc - social element.

Interesting facts:
1. Origami is used in Japan to test precision of medical students
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dbq_YNPdL8E

2. Tenzin is an expert at origami! We could ask him to deliver the segment.

Just a thought about fillers – maybe we could find a good utube demo or film something ourselves on how to do something e.g. how to create a gif (not that I know how to!) or do something clever in powerpoint or a new bit of software we are using? Or we could have a section on copyright free image/video websites – kind of a tips for trainers/designers section? Something that could be used in the classroom or eLearning? Prerecorded.
