First, I have learned to improve my team player, well in this case I want to highlight about the importance of tolerances in the teamwork. Then I learned how to manage the activities by situation with my teammates as we thought that we need to have a backup plan when organising such event because it is unpredictable. Through this community project, I have learned how to have an effective communications in English with the primary school students as we know that our English are not good though but we try to figure out as simples activity as we can to be able work with them. I also have learned that it is important to educate and helping younger generations by sharing the valuable knowledge through this community programs as we could be the lead of what we are doing. Last but not least, I have learned to accommodate special rewards for their involvement in the activities as the kids will be really enjoy throughout the session.

I will say if i have the second chance, I think that we could grow up this hands-on recycling activity by create such a competition to encourage more students and even teachers will participate it. I think it is interesting and more fun!

I would say that this is such a priceless experience to be able to share what you have learned for almost two years and the half with the community. I think I chose the right topic to talk about because we should give back what we gained to the community. I'm glad that I give back what I have learned about the ocean to the community.
Since this program required us to work in a group, I would say that I have to be opened and tolerate with other members' opinion so that was the value that I got in working as a group. Besides, I just realized that working in a group requires us to compliment each other by minimizing each others flaws especially in delivering message to the students.

I think this kind of program can be be improved if more time is provided so more activities can be done. Plus, I think the teachers also should be listed as the targeted community apart from the students after realizing that they actually can give more impact by spreading what we have told to every student they teach.

Based on what i have experienced from this community activity preparation, i would say that it give me a lot of critical thinking on what we have to do to make the students follow our plans and give them a clear view on our objectives which to create awareness on throwing rubbish. It give me some new ideas to create and activity preparation for the students. My team and i need to prepare something that simple for them to understand as they are primary school students . Basically it is not easy on the earlier but after some time, we do make a great plan. During the activities, it give me a lot of experiences on how to guide them to understand of our objectives. My communication skills have been developed to another level by this activity as this is the only way to share my knowledge to them. From this, we have to understand the way they think and the way they can understand by the communication that suitable for their age. It is important to guide them from young as they can be easily shaped. Another important thing is being patient and enjoyable person is the input that i gained by doing the activity with the students. By the way, i love playing with the students, as my dream is to be a teacher one day. And this will give me some experiences on how to teach and deal with them in future.

I think this USR activity can be improved if more preparation and activity time is provided. So that, we will create more ideas and activities which might great to share with the community.

Firstly, I enjoyed myself doing this activity as give me opportunity on handling children on that age. What I have learned from preparing this activity are critical thinking, open minded and teamwork. Each group member has different ideas and perceptions to achieving goals. Therefore, I have to be open minded to hear and accept their ideas. Besides, this activity trained me to be a critical thinker where I have to think activities that are suitable for 12 years students and give big inputs for them. Teamwork is very important on achieving any goals. With a good teamwork, I would say that, my project goes as planned and smooth because each member play his or her own role.

From this activity, I have learned more on how to become cooperative and tolerable person, as I have been assigned to work in a team. Working in a team requires me to give idea about certain issues and I have to tolerate with my teamate by listening to their opinion regarding the issue that we are discussing. Also, from preparing this activities I have learned about the need to cooperate with teammate so that every work can be lessen and time can be save because each of us were providing their strength and ideas to complete all the task. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly.
Plus, from this activity I have been able to communicate and interact with the students of SK IPG and give them some knowledge about what I have learned and engaging them about the need of recycling in our daily life.

I would like to start off by saying that the experience gained from this activity is absolutely fundamental. Personally, I feel that it had exposed me to the lesson or craft of teaching and also the handling and understanding of younger children. It had instilled modesty as well as tolerance into me, and at the same time also had shed some light on increasing my confidence in terms of speaking to a new or respectively different crowd. It had inevitably widened my horizons, and brought about brilliant coherence , cooperation among members and the ability to execute the idea or activity we had set out even through adversity and minor setbacks. It highlighted the supremacy of team work, and the sheer beauty of handling new experiences.

Secondly, it is necessary for me to highlight that the most crucial or clinical way for these USR activities to get better or be more efficient, students need to be allocated more time to engage with the students as well as to thoroughly have the necessary components to properly execute the activities as well as to also bond with the students. We also need to be given a rough idea of what to expect, to be relatively more prepared and perhaps also to come up with fresh or better tricks up our sleeves. A clearer idea of what we potentially could have to deal or work with, would give us the chance to excogitate on planning and executing the activity like a well oiled machine.

Through USR program held in SK IPG, I have learned softskills of how to get attention to the children. This part is not too easy to do but it has a way how to attract students about what we deliver. Which is providing the delivery medium that interest them, such as displaying a colored
illustration of colorful and interesting. In addition to the prizes provided in the form of sweets, also pushed to their attention and they also respond to what we deliver.

This USR program would be enhanced through a few
things, namely, adding the delivery time as well as the students can give full involvement of the program was held. In addition, the delivery of audio medium
must also be shown to the students so that the presentation can be delivered more

I had learnt a lot during preparing the program of Smart Recycle in term of team work and planning of activity. We in the group of three members are very cooperative and tolerate to each other during brainstorming to construct the activity. We try to plan very interactive and fun game so the student will enjoy and get the message of recycle that we tried to convey through the program.

I would like to improve the duration taken to fulfil complete the program so the time would be more flexible during run the program. Next, I want to add more fun game so the student will enjoy during learning program. Then, the language used should be more understanding for the 6th grade student to easily them to follow.

USR activity has give me benefit in many ways.Firstly, this activity was done in a small group, so i am able to polish my skills as a great team worker. Then, i have learnt how to conduct an activity which needs to be understandable and easy for the primary school student to understand . Even though they are just a young fellow, they gave me chance and opportunity for me to really test my leadership skills. Moreover, this program has given me and my friends to share what we have learnt in UMT and show them how it can be done in their daily life.

I think that this USR program is a good program. However, i think more activities should be done to really instill and gave awareness to these children. Other than that, i think that the time that was given was a bit too short.

From this activity, me and my teammates decided to do a project which is "Trash to Cash" activity. it sounds simple but may gives lots of significance to everyone. We chose this title to make the student easier and cheerful while joining this activity. This is because they are still young which is 11 years old kids that my learn easily as said 'strike the iron while it's hot and easy to be teach which attract them to focus more. As I was with them for about 2 hours, I can say that the kids and very mutually cooperation in order to understand English well. They also focus and so much respect while we are constructing the program.

The improvement that can be made throughout this program is becoming facilitator, we have to be well prepared and do not aspect that they do not know anything. Also, we have to learned before conducting them and put them on a high expectation since nowadays kids maybe well known in english and fluent more than us. Next, we have to prepare with an activity that is not boring and also provide some extra reward such as sweets or snacks.

At first, when we planned to do some activity related to environmental, I admit that I do not really confident that this school kids will really understand what we want them to know and understand. But, after going through some activity, I gained more and more confident and I find it is very interesting to educate this young people how to save our earth. They asked what they do not know and they do what they have to do. During the preparation, I find it very hard to think like the kids think because we have left our childhood years about 10 years ago. I hardly think like them. What they know, how they will react and will they give full cooperation during the activity? But, I am very happy when I see them give a very good cooperation and indirectly I learned how to make them eager to perform the task given. I also learned how to communicate with people using English as my major language. It was not so easy but it is also not so hard. You just have to be more confident like the kids. What I noticed was that this kids are really confident and not ashamed to speak in English. That the positive attitude that we as a adult need.

If I am given another opportunity to do this USR activities again, I will improved the game to be more organized and actually we need more time to get fun and get closer with them.

1. From the activities, I have learned that children are easy to teach than adults because they will accept whatever we said as they are still young and innocent. However, we need to always get their attention such as playing games, making jokes and asking questions because once they get boring, they will not listen to us anymore. Furthermore, I also learned about the power of team spirit. I am very proud of my team because they are not awkward in handling school children and the children can get along with us very well. So, I guess it’s all about the soft skill you have in order to tackle people to listen you.

2. I would like to increase the awareness of marine debris to people in Kuala Terengganu by showing a demo or giving a talk to people in the night market, supermarket or shopping malls. In the other hand, I also want to brief to the parents in each school about the ocean condition, the consequences and also the right way to recycle because if the parents have the knowledge, they will teach their children at home.

1. Through this activity, I have learned so many things. Preparing activities that are suitable for year 6 students are quite tough for us as a group. From preparing our activities for these students, I have learned that team work and good communication among members are very important. We have to respect each other opinion and come out with the most suitable ideas to be done with the children. It is tough actually to do some activities with young children who are super active and tend to not listening to us. We must come up with interesting activities so that the year 6 students will not loss their attention.
2. As an improvement, maybe for the next activities with these year 6 students we should have spent more time with them. For me it is quite difficult to have activities within 30 minutes which we need to give them understanding about a topic and at the same time do some activities with them.
3. This is my first time doing such activities with year 6 students. For me these activities are very good because we as university students have an opportunity to share something good and knowledgeable with the students. It was quite though to control these students at first plus we have to speak in English, but it was a very interesting and enjoyable moments. Honestly I am quite moved when the students called me ‘Cikgu’ where I think that we had done something good for them. I do hope that we can do such activities again with the students.

Through this activities, I have learned so many interesting things. In term of preparing, me and my group has learn about how planning a good program for the target audience. We have to thinking and choose suitable method for approach those student. We agree to use a animated video to attract them and buy some snack for them as a gift. We also thinks that student do not like to hear a boring talk, so we decide to fulfill our session with the activities like sing, dance and demonstration.

For improvement of these USR activities, we should add more time for our presentation because 30 minutes is too early to finish. Maybe we can make a two hour slot session with these student.

What can i say, the best moment in this subject is when dr Azza said we will going to the school and do some activity with them(11 years old student). For me, this activity is quite different from other and for sure when we have through a new thing in our life we are actually gain our new experience. This is our first program and experience whereby we need to conduct the activities in English with student Year Six at Sekolah Kebangsaan Insitut Pendidikan Guru (SKIPG). Firstly, we expect that is difficult to control and to give an instruction in English to make sure the students understand what we try to say. Unfortunately, our expectations before this is wrong because actually the student can understand what we talk and can give a good cooperation towards the two activities that we provide to them about the bullying.

Secondly, we feel very happy because the activities that we have plan was successfully. Besides, the students in the classroom that we was conducted very cooperative and focus on the activity. They look very happy and enjoy on it.

Finally, we feel proud of ourselves because we did it although we feel so nervous for the first time. It also help we to improve our confidence level to speak in English. We hope that the program like this will be continuously for others batch because it can give a positive feedback.

For my opinion, more time is needed for preparation. Although we could prepare the things required for decoration in time, but it was too rush since there were many other responsibilities to fulfill as university student. However, the work preparation for this time was performed well by my whole team.
🤺 new qualities do you instill in yourself
Yes. I have learnt to adapt to current situation. As a project manager for 3Cerdik in SK IPG KDRI, I tried to discuss with the in-charged school teacher about the decoration after knowing the classroom's wall was full of sea creatures. It was very different to my suggested proposal's themes, Wonders in Space.In order to decorate the classroom precisely meeting the requirements for that class, I made decision to change the decoration themes from Wonders in Space to Wonders in Sea after discussing with school teacher. Behind the rational for this action was to fit the environment in 3C classroom. I have explained the situation to my teammates and we did our best on decoration by cooperation with each others.

REFLECTION ON UNIVERSITY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

I feel extremely happy and honoured to be given the task. It had been so long since I feel the environment of the fresh air of a primary school. It brought back my own memories back then. The teachers and the students that I meet at SK IPG were really friendly and helpful. It was a really warm welcomed from them.

In order to improve this project, the duration of time given to prepare need to be prolong. This is because each and everyone of us could plan our time well to avoid any intersection or clash with other activities or plans.

The most crucial quality that I got from this project is trust. This implied when I was given the task to lead my team to work on this project. As a good leader we need to trust each and everyone of our team member to do the work the way they want the work to be. Plus, every members have their own qualities and strengths that I did not know before. Thus, we need to trust them that they could do their part given successfully and without any doubts. I could know the other side of my friends when we were involved in this project. I am also grateful that they trust me to lead and accomplished the tasks given together.

On the other hand, I also learnt that we need to be innovative and creative. In spite the lack of time and some items, we were able to use alternative to do the task. For instance, when we needed to decorate the class, my team members were so eager to do more origamis to make the class more cheerful even though it was not ask by the class teacher. That was upon my team members' creativity. I also one new origami which was the flower petals.

This was one of the best project that I been involved in my university life. I hope that this kind of project could still be done and improved in the future.

1. How you feel
I felt happy and great to get this opportunity to do social responsibility work because this opportunity enable me to gain a lot of valuable experience that I never gained before. In this social work, I got learn a lot of knowledge and release my stress on the assignment. The decoration in the class enable me to learn cooperation skill and new qualities. I appreciate the chance given by Dr. Azza for us to do some social work. The team work performed very well under the guidance form school teacher and group leader. The school teacher and group leader performed their leadership skill make our project run smooth and perfectly.

2. How can you improve on the project
I think this project should be handle at least 2 days and we should organized some activities for the students. I think this activities or social work should allow the kids to join us to make them more fun and can train them to gain some new skill and qualities. The preparation of work should be done early in order to avoid messy condition. This social work should be done on weekday in order to get meet the kids and organized activities for them to play.

I felt enjoyable and profitable in helping classroom decoration because it was totally a new experience where I can put my effort in helping others while gaining new skill and knowledge.

2. How can you improve on the project
Time management should be emphasized as we had spent too much time in decoration. Therefore, I suggest that a strategic plan should be prepared early regarding the flow of decoration activities. So, the situation will not be messed up where every single job could be organized well.

3. New qualities do you instill in yourself

Yes. I have learnt to be tolerable. I could be able to accept the opinion and perspective of others to prevent any conflicts occur so that things can be done in a harmonic way. First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr.Azza for giving me and my friends a chance to participate in this community work especially in school. I felt great to work with school teacher and students which reminds me of my schooling life. I felt very proud of our team because we are all doing well in University and this is our chance to give out some contribution to the outside communities. It was really fun conducting this project and my group works on classroom decoration.

This project can be improved by doing early preparation and good time management. This is because without early preparation and proper time management the project might mess up. Besides that, should allocate one day to visit the school so that we can have ideas on how the classroom looks like , what they really need in their classroom and how should we decorate the classroom which might ease the preparation process.

Hello DR! Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to be a part of this community work for school students. It was a great experience to step into a school after many years. Buying stuff for decoration purpose especially the toys for aquarium was boost my excitement level. Proud of myself to recreate a classroom based on an ocean theme. It was fun to working with members apart from labworks and assignments which all related to chemistry.

I think I should come with more creative ideas on this theme. Eventhough, my teammates and I have given our best. Flooded with assignments and fyp pressure make us face lacking in time.

The qualities that I gain through this project are, no matter storm of wind have to be strong enough to handle everything. The earlier problem in my group was such a disappointment for me and other members. But, we never give up, came back with different title and selected as one of the eligible project. We made it with our cooperation with just 3 of us, effort, willingness, creativity, and confident.Thanks for the other member who left us and make us even more stronger. 1. I feel grateful because I can join the activity in which I can gain experience to do community program and worked together with my team to finish decorating. They are the best team ever. Love you guys.
2. There is some suggestion that can be improve on the project, I suggest that the program should be done earlier because the group member will be prepared earlier and the program will have enough time to decorate the class.
3. There are some qualities I instill in myself such as brave and confident. It's not brave like doing dangerous activity or what, but I brave to challenge myself to talk and meet someone I didn't know and worked with them and this case I have met the teachers. I was feeling great and grateful for given the tasks going to the school for decorating the class. Suddenly, i was thinking back those memories with my friends during the school. I realised that what a wonderful childhood I have had and at times I wish I could relive those days.

In my opinion, we can change or design the curtain in the project. Due to the reason of curtains naturally attract dust from the immediate surrounding area. The curtain in the classroom had been used many years. Normally, student will play with the curtain if the students sit beside. Healthy environment is needed for students to ensure they can study well.

I think we have done the project very well. We work together as a team and want to contribute something to the class and the school as well. The new qualities that I gained are self-motivated and responsible. I learnt how to motivate myself to do something that I am responsible to even though I was tired.

1) This project was really fun and exciting after a long time did not do the decoration and all the stuff. My team project were very helpful and creative. When we were asked to tide up new curtains , I feel like to sing raya song (^_^). Last saturday, we went to SK IPG for school project activity. Our team was incharged for decorating 4 Cerdik class. I feel so happy and excited because it was first time in my university life. Besides the teacher gave positive feedback and satisfied with our project. It was a great experience and quiet adventure for people who does not have skills in arts.

But the project should improve the plan by making the project earlier than before. Because there is too many tasks we need to be accomplished before end of semester especially when it comes to thesis and presentation. Some of us cannot participate the project because of this problem.

Teamwork and confidence are essential to get great result.
Besides, my team members are very supportive and kind.We help each other if we do not know to do something such as how to draw and paint the wall. They support me to get my self esteem since I thought my works are worst.

REFLECTION ON UNIVERSITY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. How you feel
At first, i'm felt a bit nervous because i know that it wouldn't be easy to do this task. But i realize that if we do together as a team, we can do it. It will become easier for us. Completing the task in just a week, do challenge me physically and mentally, but I have overcome it together with my teammates. Plus, with the helps from the teacher do helps us a lot. I felt a bit proud that we successfully finishing the tasks thus at thus same time, making Ustazah dreams comes true. And once again I felt i became a child when doing this project. Honestly, i'm also proud that we do this successfully.
2. In order to improve the project, i think it is a must for the students and teacher sit together and discussed their ideas. By discussing we can choose the best ideas for the kids, and also to avoid miscommunication from occur.
3. New quality that I have from this project is patience and think out of the box (creatively). Patience is when the time provided is too short for us completing the project. So I have to be patience in doing the task one by one. Think out of box is in finding the ideas to make the project attractive in the eyes of the kids. Dealing with kids is a bit different when dealing with an adult. In order to make them understand it, we have to think as a child. It is very fun for me.

From this university social responsibility project. I'm really amazed with my team members that give fully cooperation to finish this task. It's such an amazing experience when we have to fully cooperated with mdm rohani in order to make this classroom more cheerful and interesting. But I think this project should be improve in the date of the project because at the end of the semester, students always have a lot of works to be settle, so if this project (field work) start early, it will be much more interesting and easy for both parties (students & teachers). In an nutshell, from this project, I become more confident to give my opinions to my team member and the teachers and I'm also has to be creative in order to make this class more interesting. Reflection on university socical responsibility

How I feel

The first two feelings I had are nervousness and really surprise. Start from the day Dr. Azza announced the groups who got accepted with their proposal. Who expected to be chosen?.

On the first day I came to the school and met Ustazah Hasiah, 4 Cerdik class teacher to discuss about the decoration, the nervousness become bigger because I’m afraid the task given cannot be fulfilled and the teacher will be really disappointed with my group. Every project, there is a team behind to give support and everything to complete a project. I am much honored to have my friend in the team to finish the task together.

How can you improve on the project.

For me, there are not much things need to be improve. The time given was just okay. But the only improvement need to be done from the team and me myself is attitude and self-responsible. There are some of the team mates cannot come without any reason and there also others who came late, including me. So, for me the time management need to be improve and self-responsible should be practice by each team members.

Qualities

New qualities that I got from my experience on decorating the class with the team are self-confidence and teamwork. I am a person with low confidence level, but after I finish the task, a felt very confident to do any task given. Thanks to my team mate who always give moral support and helping hand to complete the task. Without them, maybe it will took a long time to finish the project. First of all, I feel happy because lately I've been staring at my laptop for days. But by doing this project, I can express my ideas on something else other than coding. I mean, everyone would prefer looking at colourful papers and art craft rather than plain old boring codes that looks the same. I actually enjoy decorating the class, it makes me feel good about myself since I manage to do this project while chasing my fyp deadline. Thank you for making me feel a slight of happiness.
Like other people, I would like it if this project were being held earlier. But like the point I've given earlier, this project helps me in some ways. And it would be more fun if we can decorate the class with the students so they would feel more grateful and have fun together. Like Spongebob Squarepants said, "F is for friends who do stuff together, U is for you and me, N is for anywhere and anytime at all" The more the merrier.

Firstly, I am very happy because I can go back to the primary school environment where I have left it almost 10 years ago. I have been given this assignment where our group need to make the decoration for class 4 Pintar and I have been assigned as a project manager for this group. Actually, this is my first experiences involved in a social responsibility with a primary school. So, the environment is very different with the social responsibility program that I have join before this. Before we start the project, I have meet with the teacher’s class which is Cikgu Hilyati and Teacher Amy for the discussion. They are very friendly and very excited to do this project with my group. Our group need to follow all the instructions from them because our theme for this project is fully depends on their teacher’s class. I am very happy because I can contribute my effort to this project and help my group to finish the decoration for this class.

Besides, the duration time for this project is too short for us to make the class become more interesting. So, I think it should be given to us more early to make sure that we can make the preparation and thinks more good ideas to decorate the class.

Lastly, new quality that I have from this project is to think out of the box where our group need to discuss creatively to decorate the class to make sure the students on that class happier and comfortable for their daily learning process.

Assalamualaikum, first of all I would like to say thank you to my cheerful lecturer Dr.Azza because of she, we can have an experience how to decorate a class depend on the requirements needed. Unfortunately at the same time, I want to apologize because unlucky I could not be able to attend this program due to the another program that I need to go in Negeri Sembilan. But, I can share a story based on my experience as a volunteer to decorate the primary classroom two years ago when I was a first year student in UMT.

The school that became my favourite is the school where I learned when I was 7 until 12 years old. The name of the school is Sekolah Kebangsaan Losong in Kuala Terengganu. Me and my friends have to decorate the classroom and are also required to paint the wall in every corridor. The main focus for us to decorate the classroom is the class of grade 1. The theme we choose to decorate the class is Nature same goes with my group members done. We buy a lots of green manila cards to make the grass at the bottom of the wall. After completion of the painting, we had to draw the letter or alphabet that are appropriate to their learning level. The additional experience that I get when decorate the classroom are I can know each other with the youngest sisters and youngest brothers and also the teachers at school. Besides that, we collaborated how to decorate the classroom to become more attractive and can illustrate the harmonious atmosphere of learning. 1. It brings back alot of primary memories, which is about 11 years ago now. As I'm a big kid myself, I did enjoy doing things for little kids, the one regret would be, we didn't get to meet and work the kids itself.

2. As for the class we were in-charged, we had a big makeover, which had a significant before and after. If there's an improvement to suggest, I would say, we should update the bulletin quarterly to instill new, fresh environment each time. :)

3. As an non-artsy person, working on this project definitely bring out what I wouldn't be doing back then when I was a student myself (as there are bunch of art students around in my class). I actually drew flowers deco for the class, (kids please be proud okay? Hehehehe. 😜)

1. How you feel?
Honestly, at first, I feel like I'm doing impossible mission. With my duties as a project manager, I feel a heavy burden on my back since I am lack of experience as a leader. The burden continues to grow as we discuss with 5 Pintar classroom teacher about the decoration of the classroom because the initial plan will require a lot of time and energy to do it. But, our team continue to discuss with the teacher and we finally find a plan where both side can agree on. This is the turning point for me and my team. We began to proceed with the plan and do it bit by bit. As the D-Day came, all the plan that have constructed by my team were running smoothly with a little or no problem at all. At this time, I start to feel that this task can be done in that limited time space. As the project finally finish, I have the sense of disbelieve to see the decoration that we have done to the classroom from my small team. To see the teacher satisfied with our decoration, make my heart jumps with joy. I'm also feel grateful with my team mates that make the planning become a success. Besides that, I feel thankful to Mail and Amirul to volunteer in helping our project even though there are different group of EOP. Without their help, I'm sure the project will require more time to finish it. Lastly, I want to say I'm proud with my team in making a dream into a reality.

2. How can you improve on the project?

I think time is a major aspect in doing this project. If we have doing this project a bit early, we might have additional decoration to be put into the classroom. Cooperation between the team members also require some improvement. There are a few members that did not give fully cooperation which slow down the progress of our project. That is why time and cooperation need to be improve if we are doing future project.

3. Quality

The quality that I gain from doing this project is responsibility. As a project manager, I need to supervise the progress of our project and make sure the project is running smoothly. Without it, the plan might be incomplete. I also obtained time-management skill and teamwork skill from doing this project. I learned that doing this project is almost impossible to be done without proper time management and cooperation with other people. With those qualities, I'm sure it will be useful to me in the future.

At the same time I'm felt a little bit nervous because the theme were given by ustazah which is 'flora and fauna' was totally changed from our proposal. Moreover, we only have a week to finished the project but I'm glad and happy because my team mates are really helpful. The best way is plan the project well. This is because , if the project plan well, the project will going smoothly. Due to all of us focused on the thesis writing first, we start to prepared all the things late than the time given. Its supposely a week but we started only two days before the event. I would like to thank Dr. Azza Jauhar for giving me this opportunity to contribute something back to the community. I was so happy that the students and the teacher were happy with the my team's contribution. Being a part of the community service taught me to appreciate my youth's time, in my early education we dont have this kind of opportunity, all the decorations were made by the students at the same we also need to to study for the exam. So, Im glad that I can help the kids to decorate their class so that they can focused on their study.
I think this program can be improvised if we have more time in preparing and decorating the school, in that way we also can know better the teacher and the students. I kind of understanding the feeling of being an instructor or teacher after involving with this program, especially when seeing Teacher Rohani would use her own money to buy the things to decorate the class and coming to the school early even though there it was not a working day. 1. How you feel
First of all, I think this project is quite hard. When I was given the task by Dr Azza, I think we cannot make it. I think we just have talented in Fisheries only not the class decorations. But surprisingly, all of our ideas are quite good and artistic. Then, after we met with Cikgu Lin, she have give us independent and free idea to decorate her class. She believes in us that we can make the class more cheerful and beautiful. So, I feel, even though we are from different course, we also can have multi-talented skills in arts. I also feel happy and grateful that we can helps the teacher to make the class more interested towards the students in that class.

2. How can you improve on the project
I think we must giving more budget to make the projects more efficient. When we have a lots of budgets, we can do more interesting decorations. We can also asks the students to helps us and teach them on how to decorates the class. With interactions with the students, we can easy know what they want and how they like about the decorations in their own class.

The new qualities that instill in myself when involve in this projects are responsibilities and cooperation in groups. When I involve in this projects, I have to provides with a lot of ideas. how i feel
firstly, i feel so glad and very excited and can not believe I am able come back to school. Many memories start to calling on me during my school age. thanks to Dr. Azza because provides a valuable opportunity like this. I remember when 10 years ago, me my friend, we use to collarborate to decorate our class along with my class teacher. our class always compete with another class to get first place in "kelas tercantik". we do our best to winning this competition. The same thing i apply with this activity. we give our everything our idea to help this teacher to decorate her class and make their student happy with the new environment.

how can improve on this project
For me, if we get opportunity to get more budget to buy all the things that we need, it will be the best solution.
Other than that, it will be more fun if the students of the class help and give cooperation or idea together because only they can know what they really want and make them comfortable for their class.

Reflection on University Social Responsible

The decoration for primary school project is meaningful for me, because it showed that I have the ability to help the education society and provide a conducive learning environment for the students. Moreover, relationship between course mates were improved, we have learnt and exchanged idea from each other.

In my opinion, we should clean the walls and refill the color of the wall ocean creatures since it is faded. Besides that, we should add more informative sentences or proverbs in the classroom in order for them to learn more effectively.

I found that I am also quite creative in art decoration. I have some good ideas in decoration, such as the labeling of ocean creatures and vocabulary corner. I have also teamwork quality; we cooperate well in doing this project.
