         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think that a rule is something that you have to follow and you cant stretch it and i think that a policy is something that u can stretch a little and make up new rules in the policy and a law you can not make up new one so you have to follow it and you can't stretch it <span style="font-size: 13px;">and a law you can't stretch and u will get a worse punishment if u don't tell and a policy you won't get as big of a punishment so people stretch it more </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">so they don't follow it as much as a law </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">so people don't follow it as much and law everybody follows.</span></p>]]></description>

Policies allow you more freedom and creativity. To much creativity can be bad because then you get the idea that you can do anything you want. Rules are sometimes viewed as things that you have to do even like if you do not want to.</p>]]></description>

Rules are more strict, it is a big block that you can't pass.  Even though you can pass policies, there can be consequences,  it isn't as hard. Though rules, are more strict and slapped down so you can't pass them.</p>]]></description>
