Evidence presented by the prosecution was eye witness, hair, clothing fiber, and blood evidence that lead to Ted Bundy. A forensic odontologist, Dr. Richard Souviron, testified that a bite mark found on one of his victims perfectly matched an impression made of Bundy's teeth. Nita Neary and Odontologist Dr. Richard Souviron were both witnesses in the Ted Bundy Trial. Nita played a vital role in the case of Ted Bundy because she witness Ted running out of the Chi Omega House. Also having evidence that she was at the campus when the murders happen. Making the case lean a lot more into the guilty side with her testimony. Also, Dr. Richard Souviron made the claim that the bite marks left on one of the girls' butts were none other than Ted Bundy's. Proving the abnormalities and showing the resemblance between the two during his testimony.
Questions asked in court: Can you identify the man in front of you as the man you saw at the sorority house? Do the bite marks reveal to be related to Ted Bundys?
Cross-examination: Ms. Neary were you hypnotized before the trial against Ted Bundy? Did this hypnotization make you have an alternative motive to prove Bundy guilty?

The defense in Ted Bundy's Case argues that the trial judge failed to accord sufficient importance to his right to be tried by a jury free from the improper prejudicial effects of pervasive pretrial publicity. Bundy also argues that because of the asserted erroneous failure or refusal of the trial court to protect his right to a fair trial by controlling the pretrial publicity, he was forced to request a change of venue and therefore was deprived of the right to be tried in the locality where the crimes charged were committed. The argument against the testimony of Nita Neary is that the evidence brought upon by Nita should have been out of the evidence against Bundy. Since Nita before the testimony was hypnotized for improving the quality and details of the events she had seen. The witness testimony played a vital role on the defense side because it dragged away Ted Bundy from his innocence is proven. Making the trial more conclusive that Ted Bundy is guilty.
Questions asked in court: Ms. Neary isn't it true that you only could see half of the man's face who broke into the sorority house? Isn't it possible to mistake the identity of Ted Bundys for someone else for not having a clear full picture of the criminal?
Cross-examination: Ms. Neary were you hypnotized before the trial to testify against Ted Bundy? Isn't it true that the hypnotized session before the trial was just for improving the quality and details of the events you had seen? No alternative motives were presented in the hypnotized session other than the ones stated?

Prosecution
The opening statement of the prosecution side gets straight into the action by stating many of the awful crimes and murders that evidence leads to Ted Bundy in the opening statement. The abuse of women and the state of emergency he has caused were to be pointed out from the start of the trial. The prosecution came out strong to get an emotional response from the people and judges around to see this trial.
Defense
The defense side pleaded with a state of insanity for Ted Bundy's trial. That the people around him should look over his actions due to him not being in the best mindset from neglection as a child, being bullied at school, and having no father figure were points brought up to help his case. Looking for the trial to get him to help instead of a long life sentence or even death penalty.

The state of Florida came to stick with all the evidence presented to them and was ready to give reasonable sentencing for the crimes done. Although, Ted Bundy's defense came to a plea on the principle of provenance that his charges were unfairly being doubled up. Still argues to the end about his innocence even though admitting to crimes he had done in the past. Overruling all the arguments brought upon Ted Bundy led to the verdict of the court. The jury found Bundy guilty of the kidnappings and murders. By a 10 to 2 vote, we recommended he be sentenced to die. The court sentenced him to death by electric chair on February 7, 1980 Bundy was guilty of the first-degree murder of Bowman and Levy and the attempted murders of Kleiner, Chandler, and Thomas.

Do you agree or disagree with the verdict?
I agree with this Verdict to find Ted Bundy guilty of all charges since the evidence presented by the prosecution came to conclude the guiltiness of Bundy. The testimonies presented, blood, past history, and hair presented by the prosecution definitely showed how he wasn't an innocent man at all. While the defense side really didn't provide sufficient evidence or justification to provide Theodore Robert Bundy's innocence.
If you were the judge, what would the punishment have been for your case? If we were the judge for the case we would have made the same decision. Giving Bundy the electric chair was a reasonable decision to make for his horrible and inhumane actions made by him. The vicious and cruel actions done by him in the trial and past history of his violence fitted into his death by an electric chair.
In your opinion, was justice served in your court case? Justice was definitely served in this case since the Judge gave out the most reasonable punishment for a monster like Ted Bundy. The case was fast and smooth to show Bundy's guilt throughout the trial. Getting straight to the point to get him the life sentence Ted Bundy deserves to serve justice for all the crimes and murders accounted for in the trial. Also, shinning justice for other cruel actions Ted Bundy has believed to be done, but no evidence being presented for them. Leaving him to face the cruelest punishment the justice system can give to criminals such as him.
