More Wildfires means less trees to soak up the CO2 in our atmosphere and tougher droughts and flooding can cause trees to be uprooted or die, which cause less CO2 to be absorbed from out atmosphere. The severe storms that come out of El Niño can also cause land o be ruined for planting future trees.

OPINION: I think that this article is valid because of scientific research proving that the global temperature is rising, the oceans are warming, ice sheets are shrinking, there is glacial retreat, decreased snow cover, and sea level rise. Nasa is a government website, therefore confirming it is not an opinionated blog. Studies show that human interaction is the reason why all of the effects stated above are indeed happening.
