During this week, we initiated the MPU project by forming our project team. Roles and responsibilities were assigned to each team member to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project.

In this week, we discussed potential business ideas for our project. Two main ideas were considered: selling spaghetti spice mixes and selling fresh fruits. After a thorough discussion, we narrowed down our options.

The team focused on developing a comprehensive business plan this week. Key aspects such as product description, target market, marketing strategies, and financial projections were outlined.

We officially registered our business under the name Syarikat Siswa UNIMAS (SSU). This step formalized our entrepreneurial initiative and provided a structured foundation for our operations.

An online discussion was held to finalize our business idea. Consensus was reached on the product and sales approach to ensure clarity moving forward

The team engaged in discussions to create a brand name and design a product logo. Additionally, we established our social media presence through platforms such as Facebook to enhance visibility and outreach.

A face-to-face meeting was conducted to discuss initial capital requirements and survey prices of essential materials and equipment needed for production.

Presentation slides were successfully created using Canva, highlighting key aspects of our business, including product details, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Started the business at Lakeview with an initial production of 18 containers priced at RM3 each.

There was a discussion on increasing the price to RM 5 by adding more low priced fruit to the container to ensure customers are more satisfied.
