If you plan, follow and ensure you relieve that stress (maybe a daily walk, swim, run, cycle or anything physical), it will be what it is and we go with the flow. In fact, time management, discipline and stress management are things that if you master, it follows you for life and you can face almost anything you want to do/achieve!

Hello graduating cohort! It is now YOUR time to shine, after your long four or five year journey in YTSS. 

Bear in mind that when you work hard, your results will show. Even if they aren’t what you expected, at least you know you tried your best, and you should be proud of yourself for that! Remember, it is all about personal best, and not about how much your peers around you scored. Remember to pace yourselves near the start of your papers. Consistency is key and I’m pretty sure all of you will do your best :) Don’t worry too much and focus on the present (including the final moments that you'll have as a YTzen!!), work hard and everything else would fall into place eventually, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE  🍀🍀🍀

While revising for your subjects, do take time off to unwind, to exercise and eat properly. Get sufficient sleep. 

Apart from digesting your various subject matters, you must also be aware that you need to be in a good state of mind and body when you sit for your papers in the examination hall. Yes, it affects your actual performance, so please avoid burning midnight oil mugging for your whatever next paper happening on the next day. 

With a recharged mind and body, you can then concentrate better on doing your paper. Stay calm, stay cool.

To the class of 2022 juniors, jiayou! I believe you can do it! Good luck! :)
