It helps with pain, sorrow, and stress
It is a blockade to the outside mess,
Can be a portal to that of a different world, a new mindset
Allows one to out go all boundaries,
All expectations, and allow the jump to new heights.

One becomes in sync, full of strength
It flows and moves within time, 
Although can be an obstacle,
Is overall a helpful identity,
That turns one into having a powerful, strong, and a  mindful personality
One becomes anew, when in company with it,
It helps turn  a dark day into a clear day for the decided time,
And is part of many sports, activities, and life,
It has been loved in hearts for   part time, or forever intertwined
