         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Six Thinking Hats way of thinking was created by Edward de Bono, Nobel Prize in Economics 2005 nominee, Rhodes Scholar, Masters of Arts in physiology and psychology from Oxford, Ph.D from Cambridge, and professor at Oxford, Cambridge, London, and Harvard, to name a few accolades. De Bono is known for his direct teaching about thinking as a skill and his background in self-organizing systems which he applied to the brain. The Six Thinking Hats is a way to rethink problems and solutions in business, although it has found use in other fields such as education.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
