I would begin by reviewing the standards and identifying areas where my current practice already aligns. Next, I would set specific goals for improvement, such as integrating more project-based learning that includes technology tools. Professional development workshops, peer collaboration, and self-study would also help me grow in areas where I feel less confident. Finally, I would use student feedback and reflection to monitor progress and make adjustments.
