         <description><![CDATA[<p>Frontalis: serves for facial expressions</p><p>Trapezius:  moves the scapulae and supports the arm</p><p>Deltoid: it is the prime mover of the arm abduction along the frontal plane</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Rectus Abdominus: flexes the lumbar spine, assists with breathing and is important in respiration</span><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">External Oblique: pulls the chest downwards to compress the abdominal cavity</span><br></p><p>Sartorius: helps flex,adduct and rotate the hip</p><p>Zygomaticus: controls facial expression</p><p>Sternocleidomastoid: flexes the neck and helps with the oblique rotation of the head</p><p>Pectoralis Major: helps with the movement of the shoulder joint</p><p>Biceps Brachii: helps control the motion of the shoulder and elbow</p><p>Gracilis: responsible for hip abduction and also assists knee flexion</p><p>Adductor Longus: Controls the thigh bones ability to move inward and sideways</p><p>Rectus Femoralis: helps extend and raise the knee</p><p>Vastus Lateralis: Extends the lower leg and allows the body to rise from a squatting position</p><p>Soleus: plantar flexor of the ankle</p>]]></description>
