<title>How would it feel to be an introvert in your classroom? - In the art classroom, I feel that it would be incredibly relaxing when we are working independently on specific skills or projects. Where I can see the anxiety for an introvert may lie in the formal critiques or presentations of the work. I think I need to create more opportunities for students to submit evaluations as written or critiques as annonymous.</title>

<title>Do you allow students a chance to work individually? -A majority of our projects are individual works. In the art classroom, we work at tables with four students at each. There is not a lot of room for students to be completely isolated. I may create a &quot;quiet space&quot; in the room to help ease some of the anxiety that may be caused from the mass of students in one room and the noise this may cause. </title>

<title>Do you call on kids after allowing adequate “think time”? -I have been implementing more opportunities for students to write their responses down before requesting the answers. I think it also helps to have the students work together and present answers as one group instead of individual responses. </title>

<title>Feedback for a teacher that will help them better understand and support a talentend and gifted introverted student in the classroom: I do feel the pressure that time constraints may have on a class period and can sometimes forget that going through content does not mean it has been absorbed. I would create different responses that students would all find engaging- whiteboard response, green or red cards for understanding (green is yes I understand, red is no I need more information), online classroom tools like classroom dojo with texted responses.</title>

<title>Reflecting on Introversion in the Gifted: I will watch more carefully for those students that exhibit more introverted tendencies. I can also look back at my own experiences in the classroom as an introvert. Picking groups was a frightening experience and perhaps one I need to adjust. It can be frustrating knowing the answer to a question and not feeling comfortable enough to share so I think I will implement more variety in the ways students can respond.</title>
