EVENT : EVENT KEJOHANAN SIRI 2 FUTSAL TUNKU MAHKOTA JOHOR 2023 

DATE : 10-12 MAY 2023 

VENUE : STADIUM TERTUTUP PERBADANAN STADIUM KLUANG, JOHOR 

In this week I was participated as one of the committees 

1. Ushering the coach that participate to the venue for the Taklimat session before the match starts.

2. Giving the id pass to the team representative. 

3. Taking picture of the injured player as reference for the event

4. Making vip’s list for the invitation card for the closing ceremony 

Event Details: The Johor Football Player Talent Program in  Batu Pahat district was held on the 28th & 29th May 2023 at the Batu Pahat Stadium. The program was an event under the Player Development Program in collaboration between the Johor State Football Association, JDT FC Academy and the Johor School Sports Council (MSSJ).

In summary, a total of 418 players aged 10-16 from all schools in Muar district attended the program. Kluang & Mersing District will be the next destination for the mission to find and continue to find players who will be labeled as "The Next JDT Player".

Event Task :

In this week, i was given the task to in charge as a PBNJ REPRESENTATIVE to be an observant to check the progress during the event was held and how to manage emergency coincidence that might happened during the football match. In this event i was very grateful to be part of the team and given a chance to specifically learn about the event and how to handle the football event. 

Event : Kem Pemantapan Kpd Dan DTC kids 

Event Details: The Johor State Football Association (PBNJ) in collaboration with the Johor School Sports Council (MSSJ) has organized a Strengthening Camp for District Program Coordinators (KPD) & District Training Center Coaches (DTC kids) on 26th to 28th September 2023 at Tanjung Sepang Beach Resort. The camp which lasted for 3 days was officiated by Mr. Hj Anizam Bin Jamian, Honorary Secretary of PBNJ virtually and then was fully conducted by Dr. Kamaruzzaman Soed, Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) as facilitator and assisted by his team. This camp has also accommodated a total of 24 participants consisting of KPD & DTC Kids Program trainers from all districts within the state of Johor.

Registration task :

- Preparing the participant namelist and sorting participant shirt

- Arrange Participant Registration for hotel stay

- Arrange participant checkpoint for the team building 

- liase with the caterer to  set the time for lunch, dinner and tea break.

- make sure all the technical supply and PA System function well. 

- Prepared E-certificiate for the participant

- Prepared souvenirs for the  Instructor for the closing ceremony.  

- Participating in the team building game as well

Event: KEJOHANAN FUTSAL LIGA SUKAN UNITI  

the colaboration between PBNJ, FAM AND YOUTH AND SPORTS MINISTRY (KBS) to make an open match that resemble the multiracial in malaysia. The participation are encourage malay , chinese and indian people from each district will be a part as anone team to compete with other multiracial team to win the tittle of champion and win the prize. 

EVENT TASK:

- Prepared Registration Form For Participants.

- Preparing t-shirt for the Participant acording to the namelist to ensure the adequate quantity and size are fit with the number of participant.

Event : Final of Johor Football League 2023 Tunku Temenggong Johor Cup (Under 20 Years)

The final match ceremony was delivered by Mr. Hj Anizam Bin Jamian, Honorary Secretary of PBNJ. Also present was Mr Hj Muzaldin Bin Hj Mohamed, Johor Bahru District Officer as the President of the Johor Bahru District Football Association.

in this event, i was given a task to setup the gift caremony. i was responsible to prepare merchandize for the winner and runner up of the the event games and certificates for the for participate in the event.

Event : Johor Football League Piala Tunku Panglima Johor (Bawah 15 Tahun)

-Processing id Pass (cutting out and inserting the lanyard)

- Making final list name for the 12 district representative 

- Double check if the id pass and the final list are tally with the registration form and information form given.

- Collected the registration and information form the all the district participation

- Sorting the registration form and details

- Preparing Id pass for all the 12 district representative

PRE - EVENT KEM PEMANTAPAN DTC KID

28th AUGUST until 4th SEPTEMBER 2023

Event : KEM PEMANTAPAN KPD &DTC KIDS

- Preparing registration form and goodies bag for instructor and participant of Kem Pemantapan KPD & DTC KIDS event. 

- Sorting participants by diving the participant into 4 teams according to 4 main colour which is red, yellow, green and blue.  all the participant are been arrange according to the name and room and  their  team colour.
