Set up crew will be there the day before to set up it will take them 7 hours

 Tech will be there the day before setting up and checking everything works, it will take them all day.

Vendors will be there the day before setting up their tables.it will take all day.

Coordinators will be putting up signs and direction signs. And assuring that everything is going as planned. Take them 8 hours.

Security will check all areas the day before and the day of this will take all days.

Food vendors will show up early in the morning and start prepping food for 5 hours all day.

Musicians and acts and speakers will be there the day before and the day of then will be rehearsing. All day.

These all are important, but the main thing is the coordinators to follow up to make sure everything is going as planned.
