It seems like a small group that might create a false sense of achievement.
AISL has always made comparisons to US normative data- this is based on approximately 100,000 test takers per grade level in US schools. Worldwide, there are 780 schools from 146 countries that take the MAP test- we compare our student's mean score to international means.
