         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Refresher TTT Program conducted by Tata STRIVE was highly informative, engaging, and beneficial for Facilitators. The sessions were well-structured and helped in strengthening our understanding of organizational policies, learner management, and operational procedures.</p><p><strong>Day 1 Feedback</strong></p><p>The sessions on POSH, TCOC, AI Policy, DPDPA, and Youth Interaction Guidelines were very insightful. These topics enhanced our awareness regarding workplace ethics, professional conduct, data privacy, responsible use of AI, and appropriate interaction with youth learners. The discussions and examples shared during the sessions helped in understanding the practical implementation of these guidelines in our daily work environment.</p><p><strong>Day 2 Feedback</strong></p><p>The overview of STRIVE 3.0 provided a clear understanding of the updated processes and improvements introduced in the system. The session on Dropout Management was especially useful, as it highlighted effective strategies for learner engagement and retention. The discussion on SOPs helped in clarifying operational procedures and ensuring better compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>Overall, the refresher program was very productive and helped in upgrading our knowledge, skills, and professional approach.
