The name that I would give this piece is “Broken Freedom”. I would name it that because there are many things in this drawing that make me believe that the young black girl is free. She is dressed rather nicely, unlike she would be as a slave, and she even has a bow in her hair. She seems to be holding something that looks like a book and a ruler, which leads me to believe she is educated or in the process of being educated. Although that word is painted across the wall, it is faded and seems to have no effect on her. Because of all these clues, I cannot come to the Conclusion that she is a slave, and I am led to believe she is free. It seems like she is still treated badly, for there is something splattered across the wall where she would have been presumed to have been standing a few seconds later, and she is inbetween the Marshalls which leads me to believe - white men had to protect her on her way to school because people were bullying and despising her. She achieved freedom, but her world was still broken in some sense. "Broken Freedom".

And in this picture the little girl I think from prior knowledge is going to a white school and obviously people did not like it.

If I was the artist I would name this art piece, “Need for liberty”. Why? because as I see it may portray that the girl is being escorted by four police officers according to their police badges. It seems as if she cannot walk freely. But still white people could have their liberty than the blacks and if she didn’t have the police officers she may have been hurt.

So if i were the artist of this painting the name i would have chosen to descibe it would be "Between the Walls". I chose this name becuase to me its showing a sepperation between racisum. By this meaning the white men are walking together and the Native American little girl is by herself, but she is between these four large men which to me looks like she is between the walls of freedom.Almost as if she is the rock between the large wall, and in order to get over the wall you need to become a free citizen.

If I were the artist I would name this piece “The united states is not united”. This is because the artist is obviously showing that Africans are not as equal as Americans and by having the bad word smashed by a food then the author does not want the African Americans to be as equal to the white men. Also, this picture could be a metaphor with the young girl representing the African Community and the large white men showing the white community with badges to show that they had more power at the time. But that is unfair.

If I were the artist, “In A World For Whites” is the name I would give this art piece, or something along that line. The art piece shows this little girl with dark skin being led by four men to school. It’s just showing that even though black people were free, they still weren’t really accepted in society. It shows that black people were still in danger and treated unfairly. You can see how they were treated from the cruel word on the wall, and the tomato that was thrown against the wall. The girl was probably being led because she wasn’t safe in society, and people would have attacked her if she was alone.
