-At my point of view,qualification has immense amounts of benefits but without experience it may not abet someone in their professional career. Because almost plenty of job needs skills to proficient in their field.We must understand that qualification only proves you can succeed in academic but work experience can make you a good match for a particular job.

In my last job, I took on many additional responsibilities over the course of six months, including in the installation of new electrical networks. I can’t wait to use my web editing and publishing skills in this position.

For me when choosing a career, Salary is important, of course. However personal satisfaction is more important than salary. If i am happy with what i am doing then i will want to come to work every day. On the other hand, if i don’t enjoy my job, then i will be afraid of every long working day.

32. What changes would you make to your polytechnic?
Some classes in my major have no connection between real -world experience and the experience of speaking alone in public. So I think I will talk to some students and the Chairman of the Department to plan and ask the successful alumni to come to the polytechnic to talk to them and show their success to give confidence to others.

33. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Over the next five years, I would like to explore and develop skills in electrical and electronics management and I would also like to gain experience in leading projects for clients. I will also look for opportunities to expand my responsibilities in this role to achieve good success.

5- What is your greatest achievement so far?

I think my greatest achievement is to complete a project in the last year of secondary school. I have been studied the Subject Principle Account in SPM, and there is a project that can represent 20% of the SPM score. Exactly, that was the first time I started a project on my own. Therefore, I felt very proud when I worked hard to complete it, submitted in advance and got full marks.

I think I am a positive person, so I always wait for the challenge to come, face it and solve it, even if it is an unknown challenge, come anytime, anywhere. For me, challenges are things that allow me to grow. Therefore, when facing it, I will remain calm and positive.

For me, the work itself is more important than how much I am paid for it. In my opinion, people are only willing to do something when he or she is interested and likes something. I consider that I am a loyal person and also a person who likes to move forward. I have been doing some research on your company, and I believe your company is always improving. Pressure is very important to me. Good pressure such as having many assignments or an upcoming deadline helps me to stay motivated and productive. Of course, there are times when too much pressure can lead to stress. However, I'm very skilled at balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines; this ability prevents me from feeling overly stressed. For example, I once had three large projects due in the same week, and that was a lot of pressure. However, because I created a schedule that detailed how I would break down each project into small assignments, I managed to complete all three projects ahead of time and avoided unnecessary stress.

My goal for the next five years is that I want to progress in my career. I am very interested in the training approach outlined by the company that has been displayed on your company's web site. I worked as a feeder dps at Pusat Mel Nasional for approximately three months, where I learned the necessary abilities for this position. I learned how to help the senior postman while working. As a feeder dps, I can comprehend requirements, work quickly, be on schedule, change approaches, and deal with problems. Apart from that, I start working early to make my job easy. I feel that my skill set qualifies me as a strong contender for the aforementioned post.

Getting to know the members of my coworker's family will be the most difficult task. If students had the opportunity to meet students from other courses, it would be beneficial to all students since they would be able to share their expertise about diverse topics. Encourage instructors to add activities throughout the day that help kids develop values like empathy, dependability, respect, care, and a sense of humour. It depends on the task. When it comes to brainstorming, teams produce great ideas with multiple input, and teams can highlight people’s strengths. I feel more motivated when I work with a group. Plus, I feel that everyone has something different to contribute to an effort because we all come from such diverse backgrounds. But I certainly enjoy working on my tasks as an individual as well, since in many ways it takes the ability to work alone for the team to fully succeed.

One of my biggest challenges was keeping the volume of work compared to what I used to in polytechnic. When I noticed myself feeling overwhelmed, I worked on my organization and time management skills. If given the opportunity, I will open the recruitment of students to follow the program at this polytechnic at a greater rate. Therefore, the recruitment of students at this polytechnic should be opened more rapidly in order to produce highly skilled and creative individuals.

Roughly speaking, I can say that I will be a successful electrical and electronics engineer in the future because with the knowledge gained from the polytechnic, then it is easy for me to venture into this field and further pursue employment in any large company and international standards.

-Having just graduated last month, my biggest accomplishment was graduating with a GPA of 3.56, and being the first person to graduate in my family. My mom and dad immigrated when I was two years old, and they worked hard so I could attend college. I work well with many different personality types.
