But they weren't helping at all. Instead they were being a exhibitionist and making themselves feel more important in every situation.

I also like that at the beginning of the poem the author shows the reader that many people have different opinions on many different things. I also really like how this author chose to use a rhyming scheme. I feel that the author also made the poem a little harder to understand but just enough that they would be interested in figuring out the theme and would leave them wanting to know more.

I like this poem because it talks about how the world is great even though there are bad and mischievous people in the world. It also says that people think nthe world will end in ice or fire. fire signifies the burns or damage done to the world. for example bombings, school shootings, women being sexually harassed, and less violent things like people not being able to follow their dreams because of other peoples choices or their wealth. ice signifies things that weren't done, things that were done, and things that were in the progress of being done. Ice also represents things or people that have been damaged but have been repaired. For example if there were homeless people near your local store that you see everyday. Then one day you decide to help them out and buy them clothes, a hotel, or food. You might not feel like anything happened, but to the homeless person it gave them a little more hope then they had before you showed up..
