i personally think that training together in levels will better (e.g. sec 2 and sec 3) instead of pistols training together and riflers training togther. this is because we would be able to encourage and positively influence one another despite being in different catergories as we are much closer to the peers that are in the same level as us. this can further encourage fun and enjoyment within the cca as shooting is often very stressful and tense but through the close relationships that we build with one another even with those who are in a different catergory than us we would be able to support one another to keep going. it can help improve one's social and networking skills as by training as a level we would be able to interact with with a diverse group of peers that have a similar but different interest in shooting as well.

Because by knowing people from different levels and background, we can get to know their abilities, strength and weakness at the same time. 

Not only that, once we get to know others from different levels we will eventually become friends with them, who knows maybe we can find common interest too. 

Hence I think we should have a mix cohort pt/ games.
