Firstly, the increasing pace of countries exchanging business will exert positive impacts on the companies as well as individual’s state of finance. It is evident that for companies, when the frequency of exchanging commodities between countries increases, their chances of offering and finishing a deal will follow suit, which will help them sell more products. Soon, after a plethora of successful deals like that, they will make a significant amount of profit, that may help their corporation expand and make even more profit. Moreover, as a result, there are more job opportunities for individuals, due to the need of companies for various roles as the business expands. This means they will have a stable source of income and avoid being unemployed, which is a crux for some countries. All in all, the increasing business between countries is a positive development because of its merits on the companies and individual’s state of finance.

Secondly, certain people still subscribe to a view that the increasing business between countries is a negative development because of the problems it brings to the country from unqualified companies. However, it is short-sighted to hold such a belief as it must come to the government's responsibility to control and sort out quality businesses. It is obvious that the merits and the demerits will exist together within every aspect of life, from nature to human’s daily life. Taking the increasing phone usage for instance, while adults and other officers can communicate and work more efficaciously, children, especially young ones, will be harmed by unverified and adult content on the Internet. Thus, in business between countries, it is the government and the authorities’ duty to sort out and ban unqualified business for a better healthy competition between companies as well as the public’s life condition, which has been mentioned.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that the increasing business between nations is a positive development because of the economic benefits it brings to individuals and companies. 

It is understandable why some people subscribe to a view that the globalisation, international trade and cultural exchanges opines detrimental to a country’s own culture and tradition. many people think that national identity can disappear if cultural and business bonding among countries are strengthened because the constant stream of marketing campaigns by international firms has led to the dominance of foreign eating habits and fashion trends, whereas indigenous lifestyles and languages become less favorable among young generations. Therefore, they could try to imitate those foreign cultures and languages blindly and change their traditional ways of life. 

However, that view is extremely flawed and narrow-minded. The overlapping of cultures may enriches our knowledge, allowing us to absorb what is good for our society while keeping the marvelous features of our culture. To be more specific, with the continuous progress of commerce people and getting in contact with distinct traditions and beliefs which assisted them to broaden their outlook. Moreover, it offers a great opportunity to exchange information, technology, positive thinking, knowledge and ideas. These factors will have a significant impact on the positive growth of a nation. To illustrate, the advent of computers in  Asian countries was possible because of the trading relationship with America. As a result of which it improves the quality of living considerably.

In conclusion, although there are some reasons why the increased of interactions in both business and cultural aspects between nations has brought concerns over its impact on the identity of each country, in my opinion the positive impact it brings to both individuals and companies in numerous aspects of the society is undeniable

It is understandable why some people contend that international exchanges might create the possible danger of undermining a country’s national identity. In process of globalizing, indigenous cultures could be a victim of the dominance of affluent countries’ cultures. For example, Vietnamese youngsters could know many American or Korean songs or artists but only a few of them have knowledge about the country’s art culture such as Ca Tru, known as Vietnamese folk music treasure. However, that view is exceedingly flawed and short-sighted as it enriches our knowledge, allowing us to exchange information and absorb what is good for our society while maintaining the specific features of our culture.

On the other hand, the widening of cross-cultural exchanges has exerted positive influences on countries. The first justification is that international commerce and commodity trading have resulted in greater economic growth, especially with underdeveloped nations. Nowadays, many large multinational companies have been established in many parts of the world providing jobs to thousands of locals. Moreover, globalization is a precious and unprecedented opportunity to promote one’s culture to the outside of the world. It also can become a huge income source for a nation in the area of flourishing international tourism.

In conclusion, I believe that international integration is a positive development for any nation and its citizens.

First and foremost, the opponents of this view may hold a flaw that the rise of business and cultural connection between countries will take a toll on that nation since the inadequate institutions can bring about economic issues to one country. Nonetheless, this is a paradoxical belief since numerous exotic businesses appearing in one nation can be conducive to not only the citizens but also that country concerning the financial aspect. The ability to penetrate foreign markets enables the residents to have more lucrative chances to engage in many jobs. Hence, it diminishes the number of unemployed people of one country as well as generates a huge profit for that nation.  

Secondly, this trend exerts beneficial outcomes on not only the economic side but also the cultural implication of one nation. Since a great number of distinct cultures will soon be integrated into the local country, the residents will be able to learn about the history and the way of life of many other peoples. This merit enables citizens to avoid the conflict of culture as well as to bridge the gap of culture among the citizens. The situation manifests itself starkly in the fact that the myriad citizens of Singapore confess that they have broadened their minds since they met people from other countries and have acquired knowledge regarding the overseas culture from these people. This is a testament to the globalization trigger to not only the economical enhancement but also the cultural implication across countries.

Conversely, a scholar of thought holds that there are more disadvantages than advantages of growing trade and cross-culture. First of all, the development of business enhances the importance of international language, as it plays an important role as a media for people from different countries to communicate. However, to be fluent in those international languages, people who didn’t originally speak that language have to practice the language almost everyday, which can results in the lost of some language spoken by a minority. Second, the cultural development of developed countries may surpasses that of developing and least developed countries. Cultural exchange between countries brings different culture from this country to another country. People from developing countries will acquire the different culture and forget about their culture.

 

On the other hand, I personally think the advantages of this controversial thought outweigh its disadvantages. Firstly, further business contributes to the development of a country. Because gross domestic product is one of the basic indicators to assess the economic development of a certain territory, business  has a vital determinant of deciding whether a country is developed, developing or underdeveloped. If global business is increased, less developed countries will have the opportunity to be helped by powerful countries in trade development and become better. Secondly, about the cultural aspect, distinct nations have a chance to introduce their rich culture to other nations. This is a precursor to cultural diversity. Moreover, evil customs can be eliminated by receiving better customs, which is a brilliant solution to this serious problem. 

 

In conclusion, due to the fact that the disadvantages mentioned above can be reduced, I strongly subscribe to a view that increasing business and cultural contact is beneficial to not only individuals but also companies.
