Lauren: I learned that most of my ancestors came from Irland and England.I had a great-great grandfather who had to build a house in a forest from scratch.He had a whife a baby and a toddler.

Valerie: I learned that my ancestors came from Spain and the Philippines. Our favourite family custom is celebrating fiesta, this means we celebrate the birthday of a certain place. I also learned that my great great grandparents have very long and odd names such as Zenaida and Teodulo.

Rachel- My great grandpa's name is Donald Huey MacDonald and my grandpa while he worked at Brinks was robbed of 100 000 dollars! He was born in PEI and moved to Ontario when he was 18. He parents came from Scotland.🎀

Vicki-all my grandparents' names are Sophie, Frank, Richard and Maria. Only one of my grandparents passed away 17 years ago.

Kenz- what I learned was my grandpa moved to Canada in 1951 but before he was sent to a concentration camp in Germany when he was little from Poland

Angie- I learned that my great grandparents names are Teofila and Candido Rollon. They come from a Spanish descent. I also learned that my parents were the first people in my family that moved to Canada, everybody else is in the Philippines.

Aly- my grandma was born in Portugal and so were her other ancestors and they left to Canada to live a better life and find a job.

Maddie- my great grandma was born in France and some of my moms other ancestors were born in Scotland, and my mom was born in PEI.

What i learned abot my family members is both my two great, great grand parents did something for canada.Both of them were named charles and one was a war here who got shot twice in WW1 and escaped alive. Also my other great great grand parent was a minister for Ontario.

one of the interesting facts that i learned about my faimlyis that my great grandfather foght in WW2 and got shot in the knee but managed to excape.spme of my faimly members were the early settlers from ukraine and settled in canada
