Annie is starting to notice that her father isn’t feeling as well and is not home as much. Annie, Sophie and Will had fun all summer despite her fathers health. Annies father tells her that they will be leaving Detroit. Leaving Detroit meant that they would sell all of their belongings, including her mothers possessions. The next day Annie and Liz switched tubs. They started talking then Liz mentioned Florrie's cough, and Annie knew that cough had haunted her. The next day Florrie collapsed and was coughing blood.
