         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sagor (1992) comment, that action researchers, “look at what they themselves are or should be doing” (p. 7). <br><br>. Sagor (1992) states, “Action researchers undertake a study because they want to know whether they can do something in a better way” (p. 7). <br><br>Sagor (1992) notes, “In the most successful schools, teachers are more likely to discuss teaching and learning with one another, to critique each other’s work, to collaborate on the preparation of materials, and to jointly design lessons” (p. 5). <br><br>Mills (2014) states, “The role of ethics in action research can be considered in terms of how each of us treats the individuals with whom we interact at our school setting: students, parents, volunteers, administrators, and teaching colleagues” (p. 31). <br><br>Mills (2014) powerfully comments, “The goal of teachers to be professional problem solvers committed to improving both their own practice and student outcomes provides a powerful reason to practice action research” (p. 22). </div>]]></description>
