Observed teachers use differentiated learning, student agency and peer assessment and learning in the classroom 
Strengths I gained were I was made more sensitive to the learners perspective, I was able to gain knowledge of applications that would entertain learners.
Weaknesses I recognized were that I require to manage time and keep to the topic given.

Strength: I was able to manage the class and have interactive sessions. As more classes were given to me, I felt my confidence increase and overcame my fear of messing up.
Opportunity: I got to observe English classes for students of grades 6 and 7. It taught me how enthusiastic the kids are and how easy it is to get carried away if not managed properly.
Weakness: I tend to use informal language and almost slip up during one of my classes. Still working on it.

I showed them images so that they could understand the idea more clearly. These were the strength and weaknesses of my teaching. The teachers mainly focused on LSRW skills while conducting a grammar or literature class.
once a week the teachers conduct a demo meeting where they discuss and have demo teaching in order to make the students learning effective.
The teachers encouraged all the students to interact in the class and facilitated the students for answering. The teachers never showed partiality to the students.
weaknesses- The majority of the English classes I got to observe were grammar classes. This made me think that, If I had to teach, I need to focus on grammar contexts.

I was well prepared. Mostly, I could deliver the content as planned by me. I was able to encourage the students to participate actively in the class. I was able to call out their names and ask them to respond.

Weakness: Personally while taking the class, I had time constraints on the back of my mind, so sometimes I had to adjust according to the time.  Sometimes I missed some points which I had to say. In the first class of English I took the teaching aid but I forgot to show that. Then I used that in the next class.
In the classes which I observed I felt the teachers used mostly lecture-based methods. Inquiring-based teaching was hardly used on the online mode.

Opportunities: I got the opportunity to teach English as well as Social Science Elective. The Principal as well as the Teachers were very cooperative and supportive. They gave me the topic before hand so that I could prepare myself well. while observing the classes, I learnt how the teacher used differentiated teaching method in offline mode for Xth Std students. I also could learn from my peers. The Principal Sr. Arul Amudha and the supervising teacher gave their time to observe our classes and give us feed back. In the beginning of the class she introduced me to the class and at the end she appreciated me in front of the students that gave me lot to encouragement to do my best the next time.  I felt happy to get an opportunity to organize an event on National voters day. We were also part of different celebrations in the schools like Pongal, Republic day, Donor's day, etc.

Challenges: Time constraints. sometimes students were late in joining the class so we were asked to wait for them to join. 
As the students were not aware of the digital platforms, I could not make use of the platform like Mentimeter or padlet, etc. Online mode was a challenge as I could not see the students whether they were able to understand or whether everyone was listening to me or not. Internet issue was another challenge as sometimes students were getting disconnected during the class.

As a whole, I had a very good experience during my Internship Phase I.

Challenges: Shortage of time to complete a big chapter. Lack of communication between us and the teachers. only few students would attend the class so that was a challenge.

Overall the Internship experience was good and I'm looking forward to improve myself in the internship Phase 2.

I have taken two classes the same poem and I asked  randomly few students to read. when they makes mistake I will teach them how to pronounce the word and I gave an opportunity at the end of the class to summarize a jist of that poem.Some a Student took effort and summarized it well.At the end of the session few students sent me the clapping reactions in the zoom app.I was happy about it.I enjoyed even they too enjoyed the class. Opportunities – To teach both poetry and prose to 6th and 7th class respectively.

opportunities : I got the opportunities to teach both English as well as Social Science. The supervising teachers gave the topic in advance so that  I could prepare my lesson well. I got opportunities to observe the 10 th standard offline class. The English teacher was teaching active and passive voice the way teacher explained the lesson very informative first she explained as the rules /steps to be followed in the   active and passive voice ,this method helped the students to learn and understand the matter very clearly. It helped me to think how well I should prepare my lesson. The Principal and the teachers were very supportive and gave the opportunities to observe and take class. We were introduced to the students before the class by the principal.
challenges: Because most of the students are from poor socio economic background the online class was a challenge for the teachers. because many students were not able to attend the class due to lack of internet facilities/ phone.

At EISB I had a really great experience in terms of observation and interaction with PYP head, coordinator and teachers. We failed to get an opportunity to teach but those observation of classes were really fruitful. With regard to English in PYP there is no such subject as English as it is based on transdisciplinary theme. During my observation ,I experienced a class where a novel reading was done. During reading the teacher assured to include all aspects of English as vocabulary, figurative words, punctuations, verbs, syntax, identifying tense in the text etc. Regarding writing assignment, if students made any mistake in grammar or formation of sentences, the teacher assured to correct and asked them to resubmit it. On one of the transdisciplinary theme 'Where we are in time and place' students were given few images and based on those images they had to write a story or compose a poem and later they narrated and recited their story and poem respectively to the whole class. In every class there was 'reflection time' where a small class assignment was given to get reflection as 'facts I learned, questions I still have and An opinion 'on the class conducted. So, the school teachers were adopting all the methods and techniques in terms of building language competency and also inculcating problem solving skills among PYP students. During my interaction with PYP head, I got to know how the school works in terms of multiculturalism, differentiated learning , teaching methods and community work. They believe in keeping the strength of students less so that teachers can pay batter attention to students'. The PYP head gave us a piece of advice as 'Its not always necessary to answer all the questions asked by students' , give them time to think and let them find the answer'. Weakness- when i teach the class I have realised that I should work on the classroom management skill. As when I asked questions, all students started to give answer at the same time. I should have call out the names or tell them to raised their hand.

Threats/challenges- we took classes online and I had network issue. Sometimes my voices break inbetween the class. I also had teachnical problem too. I mean I don't why but my camera was not working properly on teams. I had switched on my camera and I can see my video on but the students and my teacher couldn't see me. So joined the class from both laptop and phone so that they could see me.

It is because I made an attempt to cooperate with my supervisor and DP Coordinator to do my internship properly. Also, being the leader of my colleagues at Christ Junior College IB, I am doing my best to communicate necessary activities and instructions to them effectively as well as ensure they are able to do their internship well.

Weaknesses: I admit that I had to have a realistic expectation of students' ability of and concentration towards learning from a class, for accordingly making effective lesson plans. I was able to become more realistic in the end, however.

Opportunities: I had the opportunity to learn about the course expectations of the IB Diploma Programme as I got the opportunity to access its related textbooks at the school's own library. Also, I got the opportunity to observe English classes taken by my supervisor and her co-teacher on historically pivotal works in literary history like 1984 as well as understand and appreciate the scholarly talent exhibited by the students of their classes.

Challenges or Threats: The greatest challenge was the inability to have face-to-face interactions with the students, where otherwise, it would have been possible to see their facial gestures and bodily gestures to understand how interested, focused, and engaged they were in the class. Also, I was not able to develop a rapport with them. On the first day I had to teach a story and my mentor asked me to finish it in one class itself. When I began the class I was very nervous but as I went on I became more comfortable. I gave only a surface level understanding of the story to the students because I was more focused on finishing it. And after that class my mentor asked me to explain the content more deeply. The next class I got the opportunity to teach a poem and I explained it more deeply with examples and it went well. On the next class I had to teach conjunctions and I got the opportunity to schedule a meeting myself and teach and I had a full fletched experience of teaching an online class. After covering the portions assigned to me I got the opportunity to observe my mentor's classes and got the idea of how to maintain online classes. Weaknesses: I have to work on time management in my lesson plans and understand how much content can be covered during the class alongside making the class interesting for the learners. 

Opportunities: I had the opportunity to observe the language and literature classes of the IBDP and the way in which teachers enabled their students to understand diction, style of writing, organization and analysis. The teacher had made me an active part of her classroom by asking me to analyse the texts with the students. This helped me take the place of both the learner and the observer, upon the ways in which the teacher creates a balance between instruction, teaching and activities. 

Challenges: Understanding how to mark a written essay, on the four parameters followed by IB in the unseen literary passages. Through guidance by my supervisor, I was able to formulate an understanding of marking. In the English hours I got to observe and learn how the teacher identifies and trains the students punctuation, articulation, pronunciations and voice modulation in the reading sessions. Through each topic the assignments and activities were directed towards improving their LSRW skills. I learnt how grammar topics are handled and also how the students were trained in informational writing such as report writing and biographical writing. 

Strengths – Understanding the content, punctuality, patience, responsible and good interaction with teacher. 

Weakness – Confidence to manage real school classes, Need to work on my LSRW skills and strategies to teach grammar.

Opportunity – Was able to understand how different strategies and methods of teaching are used in real classrooms. Able to observe sufficient English classes.

Challenges –  Lack of opportunity to teach. Got no chance to observe higher classes.
