         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Usual practice</em> – interactive lab in which students position each other in x-ray room with instruction and corrections from instructor<br><br></div><div><em>Substitution</em> – instructional videos posted online in which instructor positions a "patient" while explaining along the way<br><br></div><div><em>Augmentation</em> – pictures of said patient’s positioning posted online with the student able to interact by clicking on the patient where the central ray should enter<br><br></div><div><em>Modification</em> – same concept of images posted but student can also draw lines following the beam to show correct angulation of central ray as well as centering point<br><br></div><div><em>Redefinition</em> – students on Zoom can take turns explaining to instructor how a mannequin should be positioned while the instructor follows along, producing actual x-rays<br>*Perhaps another class time could be spent with a radiologist joining the discussion to talk about said images, providing additional information about anatomy and potential insight on what is needed to be best diagnostic quality</div>]]></description>
