Substitution – instructional videos posted online in which instructor positions a "patient" while explaining along the way

Augmentation – pictures of said patient’s positioning posted online with the student able to interact by clicking on the patient where the central ray should enter

Modification – same concept of images posted but student can also draw lines following the beam to show correct angulation of central ray as well as centering point

Redefinition – students on Zoom can take turns explaining to instructor how a mannequin should be positioned while the instructor follows along, producing actual x-rays
*Perhaps another class time could be spent with a radiologist joining the discussion to talk about said images, providing additional information about anatomy and potential insight on what is needed to be best diagnostic quality
