What I learned from this reading was that boredom leads to creativity. When you're bored you like to find something to distract yourself, and that's what the reading talked about basically. Your brain is always working. Being bored and curious is part of being human.

I like how they showed how important it is to be creative and be able to express it in writing. It shows how there are many ways to help influence writers to find their own creativity.

Boredom allows for a passageway to find new things interesting and understand that anything can be seen/made alluring. Creating new habits through this passageway will make this task enjoyable and effortless. This book will put us on the right track to create these habits, as long as we overlook the skepticism that is destined to come with it.

One of the best ways of learning is reading, it’s efficient, time-less, and it is something fun, but sometimes, for someone bored, it may not be the most fun thing to do, specially during this times, but that boredom leads to creativity, and creativity leads to amazing things.

I think the readings were very straightforward and I learned a lot from reading this. It taught me that being able to write a good story takes creativity and making something out of nothing. Boredom is a common problem in our generation and sometimes it can lead to great ideas.

From the reading, I can understand that their are many qualities to help you when writing. You don’t have to have an idea already to be able to write because your boredom will cause you to be curious, which will eventually help you. Also, I learned that the habit of bing creative and curious is important to writing.

Pages 3-6 discuss creativity, curiosity, and the unknown. The author warns us to stay open minded and look at things from a different perspective and to keep our mind sharp. The part that resonated with me most is when the author says everything is inherently boring but it is up to us to make it interesting, i think its super important we make any composition interesting, and really captivate our audience.

After reading the assigned reading, I learned that getting out of your comfort zone can help you explore new thoughts and ideas. Boredom allows us to find new interests that could be essential to growth in not only writing but everyday life.

I really enjoyed this reading because as a child Alice in wonderland was my favorite story. The child, Alice, in the story is bored out of her mind by the mundane book her sister is reading so she uses her imagination to her advantage and creates an entire world. After reading this part of the readings i gained a new perspective on boredom. Gaining creativity out of boredom is like a super power. Taking something out of nothing. It is amazing to see what our minds can create.

one thing i learned from the reading is that the brain works magic even when you least expect it, for example when you’re bored you find a way to entertain yourself which turns nothing into something and expands your creativity

Something that I lerned from this past reading was how be a critical reader can make you as an author and reader have a better expresion of my ideas and the message that I want to comunicate with the audience.
