These are my brothers.

The one on the middle is my eldest brother, his name is Ben Harisson Telmo. I know, we have the same first name. He currently studies at AdDU Jacinto Campus and studies Political Science. He is also our SK Chairman on our barangay and is also on his way to become a lawyer.

The one on the right is my other brother, his name is Maverick Telmo. He studies Aviation and is currently on his way on becoming a Pilot. It has always been his dream since he was a kid, either a policeman or a pilot.

This is my mom and my dad. My dad's name is Harold and my mom's nam is Josie, "Joy" for short. They are not married, but they plan to. They raised the three of us, we couldn' have done this and had a good education if it weren't for them. My mom loves to bake, and she makes money off of it. I would never forget the time that she baked me 12 pizzas for my 12th birthday. My dad is a "Kagawad" in our barangay, just like my grandfather and my brother, he is a politician. He is also a branch manager on our family company, a security agency for security guards. My mom has 12 siblings, my dad has 5. Despite the way they are being treated by their family, these kinds of obstacles are what made them who they are today. They are ultimately the best people in my life without hesitation.

I got into Area Stage in Philippine Mathematical Olympiad

This was actually one of the best achievements I had even though it is just Area Stage and didn't get to qualify in the Nationals. I was so shocked when I found out the results because in our school, only two of us got in the Area Stage, me and one of the Grade 12 students who is also my friend and my idol when it comes to Mathematics.

These are my favorite subjects ever. Chemistry is such an easy subject. There was one time when out professor called me to give example to the class and instead of him giving assignments, he asked me to give sample problems for my classmates to answer. In Calculus, it is one of my favorite subjects probably because of how our previous professor made it so easy to understand.

I like these media because it entertains me, makes my life easier, keeps me updated in school, in news and everything. It makes me fulfill my role as a responsible citizen. Utilizing social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter keeps me updated about everything happening on the internet. In Messenger and Instagram, I can talk with my friends and family and also keeps me updated about school activities. In Google Docs, I make reviewers every now and then so I can have something to study and also I do my activities almost all of them. In Tiktok, Netflix, Disney and Prime, these are my entertainments in the digital world. Knowing the different uses of these media, I am committed to practice and do responsible by learning, verifying and sharing information with potentially malicious intent.

How are these media influencing or affecting me? (my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, behavior). Is this healthy? If yes, how come? If not, what steps should you take to change it?

The media has a big impact on my lifestyle, attitudes, behavior and aspirations. The influence is positive because I developed alot of strategies and techniques in making my life productive. But one negative effect is just my eye health, my sight has been so blurry and I needed glasses at the age of 12 due to excessive screen time. But for me, the positive effects still outweigh the negatives. Exposure to different informations and perspectives makes me strive for a well and positive personal and professional growth. I also strive to find a balance between leisure activities and productive media engagement, making sure that my usage positively impacts my well-being and that of those around me.
