Anyway, I think it's important to talk about it, about what it means to let children play whatever they want, that there are no games, toys or boy or girl colors. And how much this differentiation between boys and girls determines as adults the way they will deal with their health and body, with regard to physical activities and sports, things that I must relate to as a profession, in Physical Education. 

There is usually a conception of what are the physical activities and sports that girls and boys should do: boys, football, fights; the girls volleyball, dances, but why not give green light for them?

 This is one of the reasons that lead women to practice less leisure physical activities than men, many times they did not have great motor opportunities as children, in addition to being overloaded with the double work shift. That’s because we don’t even talk about high performance sports, where once in blue moon has the recognition as male athletes do.
